100% do not recommend. Full experience in photo.

Update: Owner replied to my review calling me and 18 other people liars for our experience. If audio was actually listened to and full video watched he would see that we were told 20-30 minutes then an additional 15-20 after checking in 30 min later. Many smaller parties were sat as we waitied for almost an hour. I mentioned several times that we could be sat separately. There was a kid that came and told our party they could not serve us by 2:15 but when I asked if we could be served and seated separately he stated no. I then asked to speak to the manager. I was not rude until the manager made no attempt to take any responsibility for her part and I told her it was bad business. Because it is. Even the host was upset at the managers actions and very kind to us. I never acted as though my time was more important. We sat patiently for a hour. That’s not being rude or pushy. I was even the one that gave the staff a heads up about the tournament going on down the road. The viscous response and lies stated by the owner here are going to be enough to make people think otherwise about putting money in his pocket. My review will be irrelevant. Obviously, the lack of customer service starts at the top.

I am giving a one star review due to me not being able to give a negative star rating.
We went in to have some dinner while spending time with our kids… that should have been an enjoyable time but due to our service it turned into a nightmare! We all ordered different things and the problem began when I ordered chicken fry steak, kept it pretty simple my only request was that my gravy be on the side.. next meal that we had was for my husband.. he ordered the hamburger steak again kept it pretty simple he wanted no gravy on his meal and maybe something else to not be on the steak.. simple right??? Well mine came out with the gravy on the steak… yes this was something minor and could be fixed pretty easily and I could have been fine with that but you will see in my next problem that came up and maybe you will understand… so problem #2 was with my husband’s order, once again it came out with the gravy on the meal… once again simple to fix right!? Well they bring out another “new “ meals mine was fine besides that the burned my steak, but I was going to go ahead and jut eat it but to our surprise when the brought out my husband “new “ meal that is not what he got.. they just scraped the gravy off the original meal and just served it back that way … there for we asked for the Manager and she came out we told our complaints and she said that they do that all the time they just set it on the side, scrape it off and re serve that’ to the customer so needless to say we were grossed out and I then refused to eat my meal after hearing that!….Our kids have already Finished their mail and we were grossed out by our problems were handled…so we told him that that was unacceptable. That’s cross-contamination. The health department needs to be notified and she offered to make us something new. But we did not do that due for due to the fact that that’s how they did things and it grossed us out so she said that she was gonna take it off our meal and I said that we shouldn’t have to pay for anything because it turned into a nightmare, our kids had been done before our was served for the 2nd time …but she did not care. We were fine with paying for our kids meal because they did eat it but we should’ve not been put in that situation. The staff did not care about anything That went on nor did they make meal comp for the whole table, but we don’t go in looking to start a fight. Try to get out of paying for anything, but this was just very unacceptable. I plan on tomorrow calling the health department. I also plan on calling the owner of that franchise office or call enterurban Headquarters and reporting this this was very unacceptable and I plan on calling in your corner I believe it’s with channel 4 news and reporting how they did it as well because it’s gross. It’s cross contamination and I’m pretty sure it is a big health violation.
I advise you think twice before eating there in the future…. You’ll never know what will happen with your meals that you order due to the misconduct that goes on in the kitchen…All I can think of is how gross they did with ours!! 🤢🤮

Their Chicken Fried Steak was not fit to eat. Three of us ordered it, and all three came out overcooked, and you had to dig for the beef patty surrounded by a massive amount of overcooked breading. I would have sent it back, but sending three meals back would have drawn too much attention. Service was OK, but I think the waitress should have cared about her customers and addressed the burnt food with her manager. I doubt if we will be back to this location. Personally, I'll stick with Interurban on Reno. I had a much better experience the previous week at that location.

We went the Sunday before Christmas so we could go see the lights. We brought our 2 kids and husband's and 1 grandchild who was 6 months. Food was so so. Service was slow. But they were busy. My grandchild was in a carrier by the wall next to us. Covered in a blanket. Good thing because our server turned around and dropped a knife on him. Good thing it was a butter knife. It's definitely not the Interurban that was in Ardmore.

The food has never really been good. My husband's shrimp was still raw and they overcooked the steak. Seasoning needs to happen to the food. The waitress was young and ditzy. She flat out told my dad how the last bug table only tipped her $1 and begged my dad not to do that to her. That's a little TMI, IMO. My sister also slipped and fell on the floor. Overall....no bueno!!!

Visited a couple of times. Food was good. Water (like most places in Chickasha) tasted horrible and made soft drinks taste strange too.

I’ve never had anything I did not like. Owner expects the best of all employees and they rise to the occasion for sure. Always clean and a fun place to be. Stop in and try it!

Stopped in late and enjoyed a top sirloin steak and baked potato. I'm not a huge fan of the potato or the muffin that was served with the meal, steamed veggies, and steak for the win, though. The server was great, I really appreciated the kind service, especially from younger kids when it was close to closing. I will definitely stop in again!

I couldn't tell you how long it's been to walk in a restaurant and it was absolutely clean. From the servers to the windows. Food was great, service was 4 star. If you're ever in Chickasha check them out. It won't disappoint you.
