Two of us had chicken fried steak and after 45 minute wait we got the food . The chicken fried steaks were burnt to a crisp and so tough you couldn’t even cut with a knife. My wife ordered bake potatoe and sandwich. The potatoe was cold and had to be warmed up. They offered to redo the steaks but we had already waited 45 minutes and didn’t want to wait any longer. They never offered to take off for the bad meals. I did refuse to pay for my steak. The young man that was waiting on us did a great job. Not sure what happened in the kitchen. I would not recommend to anyone to eat there. We asked about our food several times, the people around us was getting their food eating and leaving.

Our server was excellent. Very thoughtful and wanted to make sure everything was ok and we were comfortable. Would not give 4 stars because they do not use real butter. They use a blend of margarine and butter.

Nice restaurant with good service and pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the chicken fried steak and I swear it was ten pounds. Salad was good, chips and cheese was good, not a thing to complain about. Fair prices.
We go to this establishment three times a year, we have always had a great experience. This time our food was very cold when it came to the table. My baked potato had shredded cheese that was already melted and reheated, my steak was cool to touch, broccoli barely ward. The two friends with me one had fish tacos, the tortilla was so hard she couldn't eat it so she just ate the insides of it. The other lady got the same thing i did and hers was the same condition as mine. We say to the waitress that our food is cold, she said " I can't help how they expedite the food. " We eat because honestly we do not have time to deal with a whole other meal as long as this one took to get to us. I make a comment to my friend, please enjoy this meal here, because we are never coming back here. She gets upset because she really likes coming here. She asks for the manager, well the owner is here. So he comes over I believe his name is Joey possibly. He comes over and sits down with us and my friend tells him the story. He said is one of your names Karen? The older lady telling him the story has no idea what that means. But the other two of us do know what that means. He tells us of a "Karen"" saying he put up on their sign outside and that someone got offended. Well after all of the cold food, waitress saying she can't help how the kitchen does things, and his Karen comment, I am done with this. He brings my friend a $50 gift card and our tickets to us. We pay for our full meals. As we tell the people we are staying with they say that he is going through a divorce and must not be in a good mood. Goodness please do better.

My new goal in life is to figure out how they make their honey pepper bacon so I can win all the holiday cookoffs against my brother in law. Seriously the honey pepper bacon burger high key changed my life. Love this place! The summer club was also super delish. Danny was our server and was wonderful.

Tried your place ordered a $40 ribeye medium they bring it out really uncooked at all cold center. They took my whole plate back scorched vegetables and they refired the steak which everyone knows you don't do. Made where my dog wouldn't eat it. $40 steak should be edible, nope!
