We waited for 10 minutes for someone to greet us once we sat. Then we waited another 45 for food that never got brought to us because we had to leave by a certain time. We were told our food should be there soon, waited another 20 minutes, then asked for it to go, and it was going to take more time. We left without even eating. Others left too without eating because of how long the food was taking. Don’t go here unless you plan on waiting for a long time.

Very busy for a Monday. Was told 15-20 min wait. Was over an hour. Didn't tell us up front that with 6 people, we would have to wait for another large group to decide to leave.... took another 30 min to get food. If was very good.

Had the rib plate ribs were cold and bland best part of my meal was the loaded baked potato also orded 1lb of brisket and it literally looked like watered down ham

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. I can say I have never had a worse experience. We are still sitting here waiting for our food & the restaurant closed at 9 pm. That means they have been closed for 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable. My family brought me here for my birthday. I'm sorry they had such a terrible experience. I know I will not return. I didn't even mention that we were told 30 minute wait when 45 minutes later they told us we were skipped over. You may serve good food, but your customerservice blows.

Changing rating to a 1 star... we have dined here over the years, always take out, on the way home from OKC. No take out is offered after 4pm is what we were told. We will not come back!

My family came there last night party of 13 and Everyone was disappointed in the meals except one and it was a salad and bake potato. Pork sandwichs were the worst, soggy tasting. No one ate there's. My husband got ribs, said they had No taste and were dry. I did not know this until later. Jake's Rib isn't what it used to be. 😢
