Chicken tasted 3 hrs old, ordered the new fried pickles, they say made to order well they were rubbery. Frys were cold, biscuit was desert dry. And trying to get sauce you think it comes out of their paychecks. No ketchup for frys, and 1 sauce for chicken strips really.

It wasn’t the Chickasha location necessarily but the fact the chicken seemed to shrink. I ordered a 3 piece combo hoping to have leftovers for work the next day. Problem was the leg was over fried and super small then the two thighs, maybe three bites of meat on each thigh. They were smaller than the biscuit I got with the meal.

Door Dash took my order to the wrong house. When I called KFC about it, they said to call Door Dash. No one will help me get a refund. I will never use Door Dash again. KFC needs to get better service. They are blaming me sating I didn't put a delivery address. It is on the order.

Very bad experience, I ordered plates and forks, sauce and they just ignored me, they didn't put napkins, I ordered a family combo. It took a long time to deliver the order, the employees were lost.

I placed an online order for pickup. Received half my order, called and told the manager I was coming back to get the rest, he informed me it would be ready in 8 minutes. Got there, waited an additional 35 minutes due to the people in front of me not having their food either. It seems EVERY time we eat here I swear I will never be back, then 6 months later I think surely they have their act together and can get the food out. Nope. Same disaster. Management should really get their act together. This place was a huge disappointment.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Spent $40 just to get the wrong food, terrible service, and a 30-minute wait for nothing. They were out of mac & cheese but didn’t bother telling us they just gave us mashed potatoes instead. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and instead of letting me know they didn’t have it, they threw chicken tenders on a bun like I wouldn’t notice. No biscuits at all.

To top it off, the workers had horrible attitudes. My husband politely asked for sauce, and one of them rudely snapped, “This ain’t your meal.” Obviously, it wasn’t, but we were just reminding them to include what we paid for. Meanwhile, a female worker in the back was too busy making faces instead of doing her job the same one who kept getting our order wrong even though we spoke slowly and clearly.

The manager was nowhere to be seen, leaving a young, unprofessional crew to run the place. It’s the same type of workers who have no work ethic, complain about customers being mad at them, but completely ignore the fact that they’re the reason for the frustration. They treat people terribly, and then wonder why fast food restaurants like this struggle.

I hadn’t been to this location in a while, and now I remember why. Last time, a worker tried to pocket my $20. They told me my total was $40, even though I didn’t order that much. When I asked for a receipt, it showed $20, and suddenly, they backpedaled with a half-hearted “oh, my bad.”

This KFC is a perfect example of why places like this lose business. The employees don’t care about food quality or customer service, and it’s driving people away. Save yourself the frustration go to a different location.

I know it's partly my fault for not checking inside my bucket. But got all the way home in Marlow and We had tenders instead of regular chicken. Called the manager and he didn't even apologize, he said to drive back and he would fix it. Hello, I live 30 miles away.
