Yesterday I was on my lunch break and I decided to get KFC. I go through the drive-through and I sat there for about 15 minutes. Hello anyone there no response so I pulled to the drive-through window and knock on the glass, still no response but I know they are open I drive around and there are cars is parked in the parking lot the next day I go they said they were opened.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 of the 2 pc meals. Was not asked if light or dark meat. When I got to the window I asked for both meals to be light meat. Was informed no light meat was going to be available in original or crispy “for the rest of the night”. Was not told what drinks were which. That’s fine, I can taste them and figure it out. Nope, they were both the same and both mostly soda water, so really gross. Asked for tenders to be added on to order since no light meat. Was told to pull around front to wait for those. Was verbally accosted by a lady roaming the parking lot - was asked to make a “donation” to get her car out of impound. The tenders were way overcooked. I have struggled to find any decent fast food restaurants in Chickasha and this was just par for the course. Won’t return.

Thwre is no customer service. The food came out looking burnt. And when I mentioned it, I was told it's because the chicken is marinated. Ummm no it's a bit burnt. Now the cleanliness is out the window. Most of the tables were dirty. And the floor is so slick in the lobby and in the bathroom. The counter for the drinks and condiments were filthy. Im almost scared to eat the food. And not to mentioned there are only 2 employees to be saw on the building. Would have gave no stars but it wont let u. Definitely will not come back.

First off, the service was great. No issues there. However the food has gone downhill over the years and that’s not fault of our amazing service workers.
Mashed potatoes balls were borderline empty despite being fried fresh.
Chicken tenders were okay.
Also they’re overpriced now along with everything else at this point.
Other than that, sweet guys who work in there.

Nice crew got my order in a timely manner. But down Sadie was the air situation. Was warm on the inside do to ac but great experience.
Chicken tasted 3 hrs old, ordered the new fried pickles, they say made to order well they were rubbery. Frys were cold, biscuit was desert dry. And trying to get sauce you think it comes out of their paychecks. No ketchup for frys, and 1 sauce for chicken strips really.

Not as good as I remember it being. Was not sure what I was more disappointed in the exclusive Mt. Dew or the service.
It wasn’t the Chickasha location necessarily but the fact the chicken seemed to shrink. I ordered a 3 piece combo hoping to have leftovers for work the next day. Problem was the leg was over fried and super small then the two thighs, maybe three bites of meat on each thigh. They were smaller than the biscuit I got with the meal.
