I absolutely love their rolls! I also tried the Chicken Eugenia. If you like spinach stuffed chicken this will not disappoint. The only minor complaint was that the food took awhile to come out even though we were the only table there. Other than that it was excellent.

Worst, I won’t even call it Italian food because I’m not sure what it was, that I’ve tried. That’s correct, I couldn’t even eat it! The food smelled horrible, “like fish sauce”..🤢. I went to the bathroom and there was no hand soap in the women’s bathroom! Help me out here because the staff were, “women”, and handling the food! Even the bread was bad. How do you mess up bread? Suggestion, “Fire the cook, or shut the doors”. Why? “Because customers who drive over a hundred miles deserve to eat better “.
Absolutely Yikes, ya'll. The food is good, but if the employee we dealt with reflects the rest of the staff the visit is not gonna be worth the blatant disrespect.
Tonight we made a pick up order, spent a total of 40 minutes driving to and from this place to get it only to get home and find out about 30$ worth of food from our 80$ order was missing. A whole entree and 2 appetizers. So I call them to find out where my missing food is, and I'm met with a terrible attitude. My husband now spends another 40 minutes round trip driving back to the restaurant, where the MANAGER says that we're lying and tries to start an altercation about the situation. And then even after all that, they STILL got the order all wrong.
I had high hopes for yall, and I'm sorry to the rest of the employees that have to deal with that person. Needless to say, we won't be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife called because they forgot 2 appetizers and 1 entree in our order, and the lady hung up on her. So I made a 30 minute round trip twice to get the food, and when I got there she said "I want you to know that I personally packed the last order, and I put everything in there." So she accused us of stealing from the restaurant. Avoid at all cost. The food is average anyway. I've never had an experience like this. Especially since we've eaten here before. Incredibly offended.

overall just mediocre experince. food is priced high, employee attitude was poor, and the food was just plain awful. the only good thing i can say about it is that it was hot. everything tastes frozen or catered. if the meat and pasta that comes out of the kitchen is mostly frozen, i wouldn’t be surprised. with competition for italian restaurants growing in the area, i don’t think they’ll be here much longer

Good size portions. Mid on flavor.
Nice restaurant... Table was a little crowded for three adults, but food was good. Bathroom could use some repairs, too.

I was looking forward to liking this place. However, the sauce on my chicken carciofi was way off.
Carciofi is just an Italian way of saying artichoke. But, artichokes don't do well in cream sauces. If you do put them there, you need to make certain that you add enough acid to coax the flavors out of your artichoke. Generally, that's done with lemon. Their offering didn't coax anything. It attempted to smother it. The cream sauce was bland and took away from the flavors that make carciofi unique. Additionally, the pasta wasn't drained properly. This left a LOT of liquid in the bottom of the bowl.
The locals swear by the bread. The garlic knots were almost hard and they were devoid of the nuances expected from a sit-down restaurant serving Italian fare.
My wife had the Cajun pasta with shrimp. I don't expect it to be extremely spicy. But, please put enough Cajun spice on there to warrant the name.

Great food. Alfredo dishes are amazing, but my favorite is Spaghetti The Works. Have had eggplant and chicken parm, excellent, also manicotti.

First time trying Napoli’s, I had never heard of it before now but found it off google. We got the shrimp alfredo, tortellini, and stuffed mushrooms and thought all were pretty good. Service was friendly and fast
