Dinner reminded me of back in the day when we used to order Pizza Hut. Our pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. So good I decided to make a review! ❤️
I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut quite a bit. I went through the drive-through line as normal and waited about 15 minutes before going inside because no one came to the window. Two cars were behind me waiting also. When I went in I was not rude. I was polite and said hey just so you know there’s two other cars at the drive-through window and she immediately got very hostile and rude and was pretty much like not my problem. They need to do better with training their employees. That could’ve been handled totally different. She could’ve said ok thank you for letting me know we are understaffed today. Instead of taking out her aggression on the customer.

Asked for some of the garlic Parmesan sauce for wings and they had given me the garlic butter sauce when went in to correct it she then proceeded to tell me it was the same thing. 5:25pm 3/12/2024

Well to begin with we ordered a ckicken alfredo and breadsticks they were very good, also a large stuff crust SSupreme, but it was raw, no not 100% but at least 40%, it was gross...couldn't even hold it was limp dough..Just tasted the cina bons and they are ok, and of course Root beer was ok. I called the store but manager couldn't here me...everyone else could. Was wanting this pizza cooked so we could eat it. $50 to feed 2 people is alot, when you can't even eat it...UPDATE: Oct, 2023The past 2x we ordered everything was ?.

Patience...the food is still great and you will likely have to wait. It's hard to find help these days so be kind and patient!
Who could say no to the best tasting pizza in the entire town it's good employees are friendly. And if food is well do I need to say it? just to die for. place is great.

I would give this much higher stars if they would adequately staff this restaurant with what they need. Being understaffed is the reason for them not to be able to satisfy customers completely. The food is is great but sometimes takes a couple of tries. The last time I was there, the guy working there was pretty much it. He took orders, cooked, and fulfilled orders all by himself until finally another woman showed up to finally help him. He was a great worker with too much put on his plate. Not cool. Need to hire to make things better all around!

I will not go there anymore ? the service was slow we ordered the big box that came with two medium pizzas and it came with order of cheese sticks and boneless wings we got everything first and then we got the wings

Alot of the Dry rub wings were crunchy all the way through, not much meat left.
Never got my delivery. Door dash sucks. Was sent a message saying doordash handed me a pizza. I called back and said I didn't. They said it will be coming again. Guess what. No pizza. I hope manager this following day will atleast put 23 bucks back on my card. 2hrs waiting for no pizza. I love going to bed hungry to wake up starving. Horrible service for me anyway

Support this store, put in salad bar and buffet!You’re not supporting your absolutely wonderful staff.Please offer wages commensurate to other Restaurants.We need this store in Chickasha. It is Corporates fault for the customer drop off.The assistant manager and cook are running as I speak to keep up. Staff the store!I am a 68 year old who grew up eating at Pizza Hut, lunch buffet, frosted beer mugs and salad bar.WHETE IS THE SPIRIT OF THE HUT?

App and online ordering is malfunctioning. Called the store. The lady was rude on the phone and told me there was nothing she could do about it and would not honor the coupons. I have bought alot of pizza from there.....never again....

Ordered a pizza, contactless delivery, and paid with cash, left the money outside because I’m sick and didn’t wanna spread it. The website said “the driver is on their way” for an hour! So I checked outside and still no pizza, 3 hours later it still says the same thing so I check outside and my pizza is out there sitting on the ground for I don’t know how long, ants all over it. Either knock on my door to let me know you are leaving it outside or fix your app. Order from here all the time and love it. But after spending over $20 and not getting to eat that night I don’t know if I will order from here again.
