Old school, Oklahoma BBQ, the way your grandpa would have expected. I'm sure I could find something to complain about if I wanted, but I don't. Good food, good service, and if you find a better deal than their $5 BBQ Sandwich lunch special on Wednesdays, you let us know where.

Menu is extremely limiting , sliced pork was quite dry.
There were only 3 non additional charge sides to choose from.
Menu showed $2.50 for a beverage but was charged $3.
Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.

I’m not sure if the other reviewers have ever eaten BBQ or if they’re paid shills. Absolutely the worst! Chopped beef was burnt and dry. Tasted like that beef jerky that comes in a snuff can. Actual snuff would’ve been better. Fries were frozen. Bread was stale. Just terrible all around.

All the food was cold, and the chicken wasn't even cooked thoroughly. The waitress was very apologizetic.
Had to choose between Jake's and Roy's, I made the mistake of choosing Roy's. Do yourself a favor and go to jakes rin. This isn't the same Roy's that shut down just a few years ago.

Food was extremely expensive in comparison. No flavor or seasoning on meat. Didn't wrap the meat just put it in a basket in a paper bag covered buy a piece of paper. Service has no enthusiasm or smiles. Mostly walked around ignoring you. There was only 1 other customer. Won't go back.

Menu online said 14 dollars and change per pound of beef. When i paid the total was 65 after two lbs, two Dr. Peppers and two sauces. Oh, and a 5 dollar tip, which i now wish i hadnt given. The servers were awesome, the food was blah. The beef tasted like roast not brisket. Will not go back! The online menu price doesnt reflect the actual price. Quality has tanked. I personally saw great value foods being served. GV is the cheapest food one can purchase from Wal mart yet Roy's charges premium prices for said food items. THIS ISNT ROY'S! If i need extra smoked meats it'll be from Jake's.

Wow what a let down after hearing so much about this place we finally stopped by. We got chicken, ribs the portions were so little got 1 piece of chicken u have to pay extra for a side. The prices were way to high $2.50 for can soda, piece of chicken $10 flavored was not good watered down sauce certainly won't eat there again. The 3 of us were all feeling I'll rest of the day. My advice steer clear of this place!
