They where great when they first opened and ever sense they did the new round of hiring quality has went down hill have had multiple wrong orders the most recent being this order that was 75% foam on a order that make frequently. The last one they messed up on they didn’t add the flavoring for it. And so on. The staff are always nice and have a good attitude but just wish they would pay more attention to detail.

I’m not sure if it’s normal to not get a full cup of coffee but I rarely do for some reason. A couple times I’ve been there I’ve ordered a 20 oz and was given a 16oz then told it was the 20 oz….they wouldn’t switch it for the 20 oz even though that’s what I paid for. Coffee is good but service is not consistent

Other than the fact that typically scooters causes bathroom issues (no matter where I go) this specific scooters was awesome!! The service was great and the Smores cold brew I got was delicious, I just wish scooters didn’t put me in the restroom all day

I made a mobile order and i drive 30 minutes because that’s the closest shop. And i get there and they said they were out of what i ordered. i had already paid for it. and they would not give me a refund. so instead i was insisted to get something else. and a “receipt” to imply that the next time im there i get the drink for free. i’m still out of my money. ridiculous. if they are out of something. you shouldn’t be able to order on the app.
