Every time I go get a jr deluxe burger I ask for no onions no mayo add mustard. But every time I always end up with no ketchup on it which the burger comes with it, and then has onions. I asked for ketchup packets and waited 3 minutes till I pressed the button again and said I’ve been waiting. They have no respect and will mess up your order almost every time. I stopped getting the condiments for my chili cheese dog because they would never put it on there and I would always have to ask for packets of them. I have worked in this type of industry before I know how it is, but there should not be this much of mess ups if your training your team right and them not eating the ice straight from the thing with their bare hands, which I seen first hand since I did work at this one before. Shitty environment and mangers/employees, added photos of the proof of my order and that it does come with ketchup. I’m not posting this just to post it. I’m tired of getting my shit messed up and something needs to be done. Keeps happening I will go straight to corporate about it. And when my order gets messed up maybe yall should have good service other then yelling and getting an attitude with a customer over their order when they know how they ordered it and knows what comes on that stuff

This place is hit or miss on service and product. Usually arrives quickly but isn't always right. Got combos but wasn't offered any kind of up sale and had to ask for rt 44 drink and large tutor tots. Burger was right this time, tho.

I ordered a large mozzarella stick and route 44 cherry Dr Pepper. I got the order quick bit reached in the bag and no sauce. I ate the mozzarella sticks but man would of loved sauce.

This place has gone so far downhill. It literally isn't even worth coming here anymore due to the customer service skills of the employees, the rudeness of the employees, and they lack the basic ability to get things correct on orders. Very unprofessional and rude employees that take the orders. Most of the carhops are nice but it's not their fault that the inside workers can't get their job done right. It's a waste of money and time to even go here anymore. ZERO stars given if possible because it is not the first time. This is not ran right. Last time I spoke with a kid that was a Manager because they couldn't even take my order. Corporate needs to get involved because this place is a joke.

My car hop was amazing! Small thin woman with short curly blondish hair; I wish I would have gotten her name. She made the experience awesome.
Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and tots. When I'm desperate, I'll get a BLT without the bacon, and add onion.
