All I can say is Viridian killed this place and they're the ones out of business! It doesn't make any sense! We didn't need a Starbucks! We had a wonderful coffee house with superb customer service. The service here is so horrible! They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them! The frapp I ordered was undrinkable and I took it back just to get another one just like it! Why did they even remake it if they planned to duplicate the one I was returning that was undrinkable? It wasn't even icy. I don't understand how a drink can completely melt before you even get it! Moreover, it was awful and completely made wrong! I don't know what they've done to their product, but this is my third attempt at trying this place and it has been horrible every single time and so has the service. Nothing like the Starbucks that I remember!. Missing Viridian every day!! I will never come back here!

I am a Starbucks fan and have never been treated rudely at any other location, however this one the Staff was horribly rude. We asked for our money back and went to scooters and was treated wonderfully.

Hate to say it.... But these children working at this place are not only rude ... But will make you wait for your order for over 20 minutes... They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THEY ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS... RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY... And then like to talk about customers they refuse to serve because they are having a BAD DAY.. and it seems like they don't like their job... They certainly shouldn't be working for this company especially the white boy with a black beanie and think he is the only one working there... Some little boys need to be put in time out or let go.. he ain't doing this company any good...
