All I can say is Viridian killed this place and they're the ones out of business! It doesn't make any sense! We didn't need a Starbucks! We had a wonderful coffee house with superb customer service. The service here is so horrible! They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them! The frapp I ordered was undrinkable and I took it back just to get another one just like it! Why did they even remake it if they planned to duplicate the one I was returning that was undrinkable? It wasn't even icy. I don't understand how a drink can completely melt before you even get it! Moreover, it was awful and completely made wrong! I don't know what they've done to their product, but this is my third attempt at trying this place and it has been horrible every single time and so has the service. Nothing like the Starbucks that I remember!. Missing Viridian every day!! I will never come back here!
