Usually they are nice and helpful, but today. I usually order on the app close by just so i don't have to list out my drink to them, and i dont care if they take their time or anything like that. But when I was handed my drink the barista said “next time give us at least 5 minutes to have your drink ready.” There was no one in the line and i wasnt expecting them to quickly make the drink. So to the barista that was like that, boo on you, LOL. All in all, the drink was okay, but the service was no bueno! 1/10

So I went to Starbucks in chickasha last night did a mobile order... when I got to the window to pick up my stuff.. she said I don't have almond milk for you sugar cookie almond latte lady at the window named off all these milks said coconut then my daughter had ordered a brownie and a mango dragon fruit lemonade she said we don't have brownies can I get you something else so had to get a chocolate chip cookie then we are waiting for her drink they don't have dragon fruit take for granted we paid for 2 scoops of dragon fruit she said I have strawberries my daughter said no so they just gave her a lemonade with no fruit worst service never asked if we wanted a refund and I paid $15 with some change for something I did not even get right!!!!!!!

Horrible service, rude people, I do NOT recommend this place, Cole, the person that took our order at the drive-thru was rude, unfriendly, and so unprofessional in his tone and words, I will NOT be back and I cannot believe the attitude and treatment I just received, it's disgusting and needs to be checked upon.
