By far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I asked for a side of rice and they gave me a micro container that normally would have sour cream in it of rice, legitimately 1 tablespoon. when asking the manager he claimed this is the new normal. Pathetic. Not to mention they forgot the beef on my wife’s burrito supreme.The only positive thing I have to say is the young gentleman who works there who brought me the properly portioned rice for $2.19. Never coming back to this pathetic establishment. They can never get orders right, lack of customer service, and it’s never clean. Take your money to somewhere else.

Taco Bell has the RUDEST EMPLOYEES! They are rude and inconsiderate and as I watched them slap my food together... I lost my appetite! AND they don't even have a baby changing station in the bathroom.

Tonight’s crew was PHENOMENAL!! First of all, I completely missed the time on the door and walked into the lobby after it was closed. They had a bus in the lobby and a line across the parking lot and they still served me in a kind and timely manner, on top of my burrito being correct for the first time in weeks. Absolutely SLAYED

Sent someone to pick up my food, wrote down verbatim what I wanted as I am have some food restrictions... out of black beans... ok... I asked for a cheesy bean and rice burrito... theae beans so hard... I mean hard crumbles. It's horrible. Threw the burrito away. Good service, plus quality food because I know yal saw the condition of the food when you made it. Get it together TB Chickasha!

Music was too loud for sure. Food... well I mean it's taco bell so... you know quick. However it was fresh, so that was a nice change. Worst part of the whole experience, there some sort of liquid spilled by thr counter and I am a large individual and I almost slipped, caught myself though so that wasn't too horrible. Best part was the manager on duty, Joseph. One of the nicest people there. He was so kind and helpful. You can always always always tell when there is a good manager on duty at any establishment! It just shows throughout the entire staff, honestly not a taco bell fan but would definitely go back there just because the manager on duty was kind!
They like you to do their job for them and order using the kiosk instead of having a worker at the register up front. You would think by putting one more worker in back to help prepare the food it would speed things up, but no. Took 20 minutes to get our food. On top of that, they won’t give you your cups so you aren’t able to get your drinks until your food order is ready. After all that, they still left a taco out of our order. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
