The last 2 visits I have had a problem. One of them my order was made incorrectly and the staff was super sweet and fixed it up for me. This last visit I made an online order for pick up I get home and my salad bowl was maybe half full and the chicken quesadilla was burnt. I tried to call but no one answered.

I stop by in the evenings now and then. The staff is polite and always apologizes if there is a long wait, but the place is often out of ingredients or short staffed.. Seems like the employees are doing their best, but management isn’t setting them up to succeed. I've seen this place in way better shape from last year, GM has changed and it shows.

Went through drive through so couldn't really give any details about atmosphere. Friendly young working the window. Food was hot. Salad was cold. Smoothie was good as it always is.. can't really complain. It's not the cheapest place to get a bite to eat but food n service are on par!

Last week I went and got food, sat at the speaker for 10 minutes then moved to the window for another 5-10 before anyone came to the window, employees were just sitting around talking. I had two people behind me. Today I am doordashing food and ordered about 40 minutes ago sat the time to asap, estimated about 15-20 minutes which was fine. It has now been an hour and my doordasher is still waitung

Literally a piece of plastic in my food. When I went to tell the cashier I waited for 10 minutes and they never came up. Absolutely absurd. My partner opened the door and they still stayed in the back

Didn't have enough workers to take care of customers to be half fast food place! People want their food fast to eat & go back to work! They need more workers to get that job done!!
It took us forever to even order, since neither 1 of us could make out the menu! I had the hummus something and mom had the chicken ranch sandwich. My sandwich had MAYBE a streak of hummus, and not even that much smashed avocado. The rest was the stems of romaine lettuce, some black beans (?!), and what looked like plain white rice (which had no flavor and was cold(?!!!?). Mom said her sandwich was not much better, as she couldn't taste anything but cold, slimy chicken! The baked chips tasted good, at Least!
It was perfect ? I enjoy my time at this place manger was very nice

We placed an app order and at pick up we were told they were out of the premium sides as they were waiting on a teuck to deliver more. We were given the choice of our flavor of a bag of chips. Upon choosing a bag of chips and then asking for a refund for the difference of a premium side vs a bag of chips, the girl at the window said she will check how to refund w her manager and we right back. When she returned she said she can make those premium side and it would be about 3 minutes. After about 10 minutes we received the sides we originally ordered... so the store had the sides but it appeared they claimed they were out and they didn't originally want to make the sides as ordered. We won't be returning.
