Tried the crabby patty meal. Well, it should be called the Wendy's Big Mac meal cause it tastes like a McDonald's Big Mac just with square patties, and you can add a 3rd patty, what a world we live in. Try it out for yourself.

Came in an hour before close, ordered a $5 dollar biggie bag with a baconator fry. The nuggets were hard. I can tell that they’ve been sitting for an hour. Just because they’re still warm doesn’t mean they’re edible. The bread was stale before yall put it in the toaster. If it’s hard before toasted trash it. The only thing decent was the baconator fry. $7 something and the only thing worth eating was the fry. If that’s all yall were willing to make edible it’s the only thing you should’ve sold. On a dead Sunday night an hour before close, whoever was running that shift, conduct your crew better. I know it’s minimum wage but I make minimum too, and I just spent an hour of labor on food I can’t eat.

I eat here often and I have never had a bad experience yet. I get prompt service with ordering all the way until I get my food. They are always accommodating to ensure you get everything that you need!

Order online and I am disabled and they tell me come inside ,go inside and it's right there on counter, I ask you couldn't hand that out to me ,like 1 minute, the man said no it cuts into our time ,one person behind me ,one minute for a disabled customer, now I remember why I quit going there ,all of them hanging outside but can't take a minute, get off the meth

Messed up multiple orders in a row the was really sloppy one time I got the complete wrong order and corporate gave me a 15$ credit on app but when I went to use it it only used 8 dollars of it and the rest was lost..I did it in front of the employee who walked me thru it and after it messed up they said "yeah it does that sometimes but I don't really know anything about the app I've never used it"

My family & I were headed home from a short vacation in Texas to see family and decided to stop at Wendy's because they always love Wendy's. Everything looked really clean and the staff were very friendly. However, I didn't like having to walk past smokers outside to get into the building. Once we ordered, I discovered you had every drink EXCEPT Dr. Pepper, but no biggie.. I tried Coke, but there was too much carbonation & and the same with Root Beer. I settled on tea. Then, the ketchup was completely out? I asked for more ketchup, and the employee kindly gave me a handful of ketchup packets. I took my 2 year old grandson to the bathroom to wash his hands, and holy cow, you guys were out of soap, too?! When our burgers came out, they were just not up to the usual Wendy's standards. I really just can't understand how these things are not taken care of? It only takes mere minutes to remedy most of these issues. I am hoping you guys were just massively busy...
