they wonder why they get the rating they get they’re gonna sit here and try to tell you what you got like you’re wrong. I literally order two pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese and extra sauce with two orders of breadsticks with extra Parmesan cheese and butter. I had to let them know at the register to put the Parmesan cheese and extra butter on there. I ordered as well. Two orders of buffalo wings. I get all the way to my house. There is no buffalo sauce on there and then whenever I called down there, William, the manager wants to try to argue with me and said that he personally did it and I was wrong like I’d licked the sauce off the damn wings

Service is questionable here. I ordered online and showed up on time but it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me and another 5 minutes to actually get me the pizza because the front guy started working with someone at the drive thru.
Once I got the pizza, it was not hot and fresh. I do not understand why they don't use their take-out heater where I could just scan on my phone and go like the other locations.

People are good and usually attentive. Clean place too. Hit or miss on what's ready or not. But if you don't order ahead and don't mind waiting for hot pizza they will make it fresh.... What's 10 Xtra minutes.

The young lady at the drive through window was very sweet. The crazy bread had hardly any seasoning. It used to be covered in Parmesan, it hardly was & it was doughy. Is it just me getting old & grumpy or has the standard dropped by like 7 pts. on all goods & services since the whole Covid-19 scare?

Terrible service. I placed an online order and it should have been ready by 4:19pm at the latest. I get to the window at 4:18pm and was told that my crazy puffs would not be ready for another 10 minutes and to pull around and wait. I waited the 10 minutes and pulled around and no one answered the drive through speaker. After waiting a few minutes I pulled directly to the window and waited another few minutes before finally yelling through the open window asking for someone. Someone finally came to the windows after I yelled 3 times for help, said "just one minute, sir" and walked back off before I could say a word. I waited another minute and finally someone came and gave me the order that was supposed to have been ready 15 minutes prior. Except they didn't give me the entire order, only half. I had to tell them I had more and they finally looked and gave me the rest of my order. To make matters worse, I checked the crazy puffs and they were burnt and cold. They were most certainly not fresh. This was a ridiculous experience. The store only had 1 elderly customer the entire time I was waiting that extra 15 minutes and one other drive thru order that also was told to pull around and wait. They were not busy so I can't comprehend why I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after when it should have been ready for my online order and to get part of it burnt and cold when I was told it's what I was waiting on. Every time I order online from this location and pickup at the time it says I still have to wait at least 10 minutes on average. This has happened over multiple trips and multiple months.
