This restaurant gave me SEVERE food poisoning! The establishment was filthy and the food was awful. I only had a few bites and Within 30 minutes I was vomiting! I was sick all night and day from eating here. When I called to speak to a manager she did not care, did not offer a refund and acting like this was no big deal! I got so sick from eating the food here I was hospitalized!

Love this place me and my family come often and we love the white queso the best!!!

Had my mothers birthday dinner there . Made reservations, it wasn’t a surprise there are a bunch of us thing. None of our drinks ever got refilled the two kids at the table never got their meals. They never brought any chip refills or salsa or cheese. It took forever for the food. Never cleared plates just sort of stuck us in a room and left us. Then added a 45 dollar tip to our bill. All the servers seemed to be buzzed on something . Won’t ever go there again

Los Tapatios is a great restaurant with the best staff! We always love the food and prompt, friendly service whether it is just our family or a large group having an event in their back area. We recently had a large group, and they did an amazing job—especially when our party had a few more guests than we anticipated. They were still friendly and helpful even though we knew it was a lot to handle. They made sure we had everything we needed and more! Thank you, Los Taps!

I went there this evening with my boyfriend and father. My father had a Colorado burrito with chicken I had one with steak and my boyfriend had something in the fajita with steak chicken and shrimp. Mine and dad's burrito only had steak and chicken in it nothing else. my steak was over cooked. my boyfriends dinner the steak and shrimp were overcooked. the beans were runny and that was not Spanish rice and it was really dry. I won't be back.

I placed an online order, 2 orders of nachos and a set up with guacamole and tortillas. I stood in the front of the register for 15 minutes, they seated multiple parties that came in after me, the first of which pointed to me and said I was there first. I told the waiter I had placed an online order and he said it was almost done even though he didn’t ask for my name. He helped another person that came in and had a call in order, then finally asked my name. I told him, he looked at the table with orders on it and mine had been there the whole time. When I got home, the guacamole and tortillas were not even in there. When I called the restaurant to complain about this, I was told I could call back in 5 or 10 minutes when the manager would be there. The service, both in person and on the phone was horrible. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!! And you better believe I will tell everyone I come across about this.
