Overall, it is an excellent pizza place. Very nostalgic for me, as I up ordering Mazzios pizza when I lived in Arkansas. Genuinely, the only problem I had was it took over 30 minutes to get my very basic, hand tossed cheese pizza. No one told me the dough machine was messing up. I would have understood, if they had said something, but they didn't. So my sons and I were sitting around for close to 30 minutes wondering where our pizza was and had to leave before finishing. The salad bar is very good, somewhat helped tide us over, but I would have appreciated being told what was going on vs left wondering in the dark with 2 kids under 11 at a semi empty restaurant. Also, one of the workers has their own kid there. Which, I normally wouldn't have cared but he was CONSTANTLY kicking his chair and it was very obnoxious. I'm very sure this was an occasional occurrence.

The pizza buffet… the pizza is cut into 64 pieces like we’re in kindergarten.. awkward. We’re adults here.

When i arrived at 12:10 pm, there were only three types of pizza on the buffet, and they were more than half gone. I asked about getting more pizzas and was told the pizza was in the oven. It was 14 minutes before the next pizza was placed on the buffet. Six minutes later, one other pizza came out. Two pizzas came out nine minutes later. Of course, the first three pizzas that were placed on the buffet after I arrived were now completely gone. I don't know if it was just an off day for them, but I was very disappointed in Mazzio's this visit.

Was told 30 minutes then when I arrive I was told at least another 30-40 minutes and they didn’t have Caesar salad, that was ordered but could not credit back my card.

Bad service. Cold food. Not ediblle. God awful. Told to contact them. I DIid. Had to call to see where my food was AND call then customer service to beg the point I've publicaly made regarding the dispicable state of the delivered food and expect me to argue a refund. Crappy. Just crappy. Things are too expensive for this level of service much less considering the quality of food if management cares this little about its customer base. Eat local in Choctaw. Skip the chains!!!!

My wife and I ate there today Aug. 13th 2024 , we both had the salad bar that cost around $25 . The salad bar was low on lettuce and the maybe 8 pieces of pizza was dry and old looking.my wife attempted to ask if they were going to bring more lettuce and pizza out but after standing at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes, no one came out from hiding in the back room. I finally went up and was able to get their attention and was told no pizza would be put out at this time 115pm. Staff was rude , food was terrible, dining area was dirty. We will NEVER eat there again !!!!
Came in at 1pm and there was maybe put all the pizza together from the buffet and it would have make up 1 whole pizza, about 6 other tables eating buffet and was told since the pizza buffet ended at 1:30 they would not be putting anymore out. The employees are oblivious to customers had to almost walk into the kitchen to get their attention. That was 1 hour lunch break wasted!

Ordered delivery. Salad was old and brown. Just wasted $7 on a house salad that was mostly brown, slimy lettuce. No quality standards as far as fresh salad.
