I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I decided to try Mazzios in Choctaw today the buffet looked horrendous and when they finally brought out new Lettuce for the bar there was a dark green nasty film on it. I went to the counter and asked for the manager and requested our money back. I wouldn't let my dog eat here! Discusting! I will not go back. I'll drive 50 minutes to the one I know I like.

We are used to going to the one in Edmond and it is always hot and fresh. My wife and I went to the Choctaw location and what a mistake. The pizza was old and cold, the salad bar was disgusting. Lettuce with unknown stuff on it and wilted looking. I would highly recommend going somewhere else until they deal with their problem. Management being one.

We went inside to order for a to go order. Then male cashier was fast, friendly and gave my son a drink for the wait. Our food came out in a reasonable time frame and was hot. Tasted great.

Our food is always good, however it is the dirtiest restaurant I have been in ever. Floors need to be swept and mopped everywhere. Windows and surfaces are just gross. We have visited 3 times to see if we have just come in on off times.

My wife and I stopped in there on 8-31-25, we went in and ordered buffets not realizing they were fixing to shut it down, the woman behind the counter never mentioned that they're would be no fresh pizza put on the buffet, when my wife asked about fresh pizza she was told that the buffet was fixing to close and and that she was sorry. It's BS, she knew when she rang us for buffets that we were sick with pizza that had been on there long enough to curl the pizza up, never go to this place the service is horrendous. Absolute disgrace to the Mazzios Corp.

Last pair of pizzas we had delivered about a month ago were horrible!!…Thin crust was like cardboard, very little toppings….Switched to Eagle One in Harrah, Ok…Much better!!!

Arrived at Mazzio's about 2:45 on a Sunday afternoon. Almost every table in the restaurant was filthy employee up front, playing on their phone and just hanging out not taking care of business. If it's this dirty out front I really question how clean the kitchen area maybe.

We really appreciate our Mazzio’s restaurant in Choctaw, OK. Web ordering is trouble free, our pizza is always excellent and ready quickly.
The restaurant is always clean and team members work hard to provide great service.
Team members such as “Khalil” are a pleasure to meet and make our dining experience special. I hope #6 and the Yellow Jackets have a great season.
