The night manger is yelling at all of the customers locking the lobby doors and telling everyone that there under age people working also yelling at customers saying that there being unreasonable i don't see how this manger or even this mcdonald's is still in business

We grab a quick bite through the drive thru, I have to mention how absolutely delightful the young man at the window was! He was so polite and just a joy to interact with! I didn't catch his name, but it was around 3:30pm on Sat, Feb 22, and he was working the first drive thru window...he should be recognized for exemplary customer service and just overall a great attitude!! Our food was great too, fresh, hot, and just what we were hoping for.

Love the new spicy chicken sandwich can't wait to eat it again we made it a meal I ate the sandwich and my husband got the Dr pepper and the fries everything was hot and fresh and fast

I have not been to McDonalds in several years. We ordered the big breakfast & I wondered when the servings got so small. The sausage was terrible & I took it home. My dog liked it. I wish I could have the meat analyzed to see what the ingredients were. So, buying here is not economical.

Just once I'd love to have my coffee given to me the way I order it! I can't tell you how many times I've ordered a coffee with sugar and cream and they put maybe one cream and absolutely no sugar. It's reocurring.

Yeah, went through drive through after I got off work, something quick, something cheap. Had ordered a McDouble only ketchup + extra ketchup (meat, cheese & ketchup) & fries, and a couple other burgers for my family. Once we got to the second window, they handed us our food, and when I looked in the bag the sticker on my McDouble said light ketchup, kindly asked the employee working for extra ketchup, so we thought everything was good, we pulled off and I started to check the burgers both of them were wrong, my McDouble had onion, pickles, and mustard on it including the ketchup and I didn’t know at the time my burger was wrong and took a huge bite into it. And my fries were very old, & soggy. So when I called to be able to get a refund on my order, I told the employee I wanted a refund because my entire order was wrong, she kept telling me they could only refund my McDouble, so I kept repeating myself in the nicest way. I started to get agitated because I’ve repeated myself almost ten times at this point. So the employee hands the phone over to another lady and hear the previous employee say “I’m not dealing with her attitude “ and then continues to hang up on me when I decided to correct her on her customer service and that it was not okay. And they continued to hang up on me. So we called back and asked for a certain person (manager) and the younger employee with an attitude steadily talking over me, everytime I tried to say anything I couldn’t, and ended up hanging up on the employee because I got frustrated and didn’t want to deal with it. Not to mention the employee says “I’m not the one” when I told her she needed to please let me speak. I have the whole thing on recording if anyone tried to deny it :) fix your customer service.
