My Husband & I ordered take out tonight from this Restaurant. I ordered a shrimp dinner & my husband had the Jalapeno Burger . We were very Disappointed in the Food . The Burger was So Greasy that the buns did not stay on the burger it just fell apart . The fries on both entrees was disgustingly Nothing but Grease !!! The shrimp was Cold & the breading was tasteless!
We have ate at this place several times over the past year & service was always Good & Food was as well . The past 6 months they have changed Managers & I think our food tonight reflects the changes . We called the Resteraunt & I talked with the New Manager & he said he was Sorry about our Food but did not offer any kind of compensation for our Dinner or should I say lack of ???
After our Experience tonight we will not be eating there Again ! If this is how New Management treats people I see a Big Change Coming for them !!

Food was tasty. I had the stuffed grill potato with bbq chicken. It was good. Took half of it home since it was a huge tater. Husband had pick-2-meats plate. He said he enjoyed his meal. They have many choices for meats and sides. Good place to go back to.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today. I placed a large to-go order and found the following: 1) I was very disappointed to find that apparently my baked potato was obviously so hot that it severely melted through the styrofoam container in several places to where I couldn’t eat all of my potato for concern of the melted styrofoam mixture getting into the baked potato. I don’t think that putting a hot potato in a styrofoam container is a very safe thing to do at all (see pic #1 below); 2) We paid $5.00 for a side of banana pudding and with me being a Texas Southerner myself, my concept of how to make a true banana pudding was definitely different from this establishment. In fact, there was not even any slices of banana in this pudding whatsoever. The cream or the meringue layer that was on top of the banana-flavored pudding had a hint of barbecue/smokey flavor in it that did not taste too well. By the way it tasted, I’m assuming that the banana pudding was kept in the same refrigerator as the barbecue sauce or smoked meats. In addition, for the amount we paid for the banana pudding, I guess I expected a little bit more (see pic #2 below); 3) When we placed the order at this restaurant, I noticed that there were uncovered pitchers of lemonade and water that was next to the registers to where dust, flies/bugs or possibly someone could easily cough or sneeze in or around it very easily for these pitchers should have had lids or some type of covering on them for in that area is where the numerous of purchasing transactions take place; and 4) The beef brisket was absolutely wonderful, but I would suggest that the piece of bread/toast that was packaged in the container with the brisket be packaged in a different way because the grease that came from the brisket had soaked into the bread, which made the toast extremely soggy and it was not appeasing or appetizing at all. However, the brisket was very tender, tasty and was smoked perfectly.
The restaurant itself had a very nice atmosphere. Would I eat here again? Yes, but I would eat inside next time for as of now their packaging procedures of their food products is less desired. And in past experiences in being in food service myself, it is a common practice that when you have any type of food or drink product, it should be properly covered so that it keeps any outside elements from contaminating the product.

I felt that the waitress was very rude. We had seen on the sign as we are walking into the restaurant that military discount was provided. When we acquired about it with the waitress, she said that we had to provide ID card as proof. After We ordered our drinks, I stood up and showed her my Proof of military service. She didn’t even look at it saying that she would forget by the time we checked out. I was pretty amazed because there was nobody in the restaurant at that time. So after she had left our table, we decided to leave. I couldn’t believe how rude she was.

This place is definitely a hidden gem with amazing customer service and food for sure... I found this place on Facebook and decided to try it out... I purchased the two meat loaded potato with brisket and sausage, plus I got a grilled shrimp salad 🥗... They both are definitely a must try, go and support this wonderful establishment 😁

My son and I ate here on 6/16/25 , told them it was our first time there and they explained anything we questioned. Was patient with us in deciding what we wanted. The food was yummy! I had a brisket sandwich and fries with side potatoe salad ( which im picky on potatoe salad) fries were still warm and crunchy even after siting for 15 20 mins. My son got chicken strips and shrimp basket, he said it was good. So no complaints to be honest!! Will be back again

Wonderful food, generous portions. The whole place is super laid back and quiet. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend.
My friend lives out this way and told me to try this pace. I live on the NW side of Lake Hefner in OKC. This is a 40 to 45-minute drive for me. OMG .. The best-pulled pork I've ever had! I'll drive this 45 minutes anytime I want a good BBQ plate! Thank you so much for the friendly greetings when I walked through the door. The restaurant is very clean and the staff was very kind. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend. The staff was nice but the food was terrible. We went on a Saturday at noon and there was only 3 tables full. I should have known then, but decided to give it a try anyways. Not sure how you mess up pulled pork, but they did. And the macaroni was not any better.
