As I am writing this, I have been waiting between 20 and 30 minutes for my food. The last time I came here a few weeks ago was the same thing. This Sonic only looks busy because they can't get food out to customers. Very disappointed that the majority of my lunch break is spent waiting for fast food.

The single worst Sonic in the state. I have never once gone there without my order being messed up. They hire the most braindead incompetent people and that’s saying a lot for a fast food joint. I ordered a simple order of onion rings and mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. I waited 20-25 minutes, didn’t get onion rings, and received literally 8 packs of cheese sauce. Will not ever be going back after thinking they could even complete something simple.

Ordered at a bay #11. We ordered 2 Bacon, egg & cheese toaster sandwich. As well as 2 cherry limeades. It took sonic 20 minutes to bring us our food. We watched them wait on other cars that came in after we had ordered. Once we got our food it was cold.
"Forgot to make" 2 of our drinks. After waiting over 20 mins, had to wait again for the 2 drinks...It's like this every time.

The manager on duty tonight, 01/29/2024 (short, Caucasian, male, 40's, glasses) is incompetent & has terrible customer service.
I ordered mozzarella sticks & a slushy through the app. When I arrived after waiting about 15 min for my order, I was informed by the carhop that they didn't have marinara. I asked for a refund as I don't eat them without. She said she would ask her manager and took the food back with her. After waiting another 15 minutes for her to return with a response or a refund receipt (all while my newborn is crying), I pressed the red button and asked for a manager.
The manager answered and said he'd be right out. I asked him (very frustrated) what was going on with my refund. He rudely responded that he had already put the refund through. I asked if anyone was going come out to tell me that or provide a receipt and he walked off saying "you're not going to yell at me!" Was I irritated at the situation and lack of communication, of course, but I definitely wasn't yelling at him. I never received a refund receipt, so who knows if I'm actually getting my money back. As a manager, you have to be able to handle customer complaints when you're service falls short, without acting like the customer doesn't have a right to be upset.
It's not my fault you're stuck working at a fast food restaurant at your ripe old age. Do better!!

The first time I ever came to this sonic, I mobile ordered only a Large Cherry limeade. I waited over 45 minutes for this cherry limeade and it still hadn't been brought out to me. I then had to walk up to their employees only door and ask for my drink because I was on a lunch break and waiting that entire time for just a drink was completely ridiculous. May i add the drive through line was moving every 3 to 5 minutes while waiting, so that tells me that they care more about their drive through times and orders then they do their online orders which are PREORDERED before anyone orders at the drive through speaker just an FYI. I have been giving this store a second chances as of recently with their drive through which has been a normal experience, but you now have your drive through closed for idk why so it makes me never want to come here again because of the lack of service and car hoppers you have for your online orders and car stalls.
I just also wanted to mention that I did receive great customer service that day from my carhop lady, she was the only one on shift as a carhopper and had no help. Do better sonic, hire some more people.

I went here this morning and ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Upon receiving my order and attempting to enjoy my food I noticed they put old lettuce on my sandwich. I've been sick in the past for the same reason dealing with McDonald's. I won't be returning to this location.
