I worked fast food for 5 years so i understand to an extent. I give each location a shot every now and then and it’s never really good :( I paid for extra (basically 6$ for a small) and it’s basically just plain ice cream with a dash of chocolate chips . I thought maybe it was at the bottom but no unfortunately. Can’t leave a review with the app so I came here instead, I’m definitely not calling and testing that.

waited 15 min, order wrong, supervisor address issue, order wrong again , supervisor brought order out wrong again. I got 10% off half my order didn’t have time to wait for the order to b corrected and left w half my order. total 25 minutes, and i went there for fast service. No more.

This is consistently one of the worst Sonics I've ever visited. As others have stated, they constantly get orders wrong. As others have stated, ordering ANYTHING, even online or drinks, takes 30 minutes once you arrive to actually receive. Often times I arrive 5-10 minutes AFTER my order in the app says it should be ready for pickup, and I still have to wait 20-30 minutes.

I’m done with Sonic. Went to get drinks and prices are really stupid. I miss half price drinks and I also miss the real fruit in my strawberry limeade.
They literally will not give you marinara. Sauce for the mozzarelsticks, when it comes with it at any sonic, you go to. You can pay $6 for some mozzarella sticks, and then they want to charge you 50 cents to get the marinara sauce. I could maybe understand if it was my second or third marinara, like getting extra. But to even get one marinara, which, by the way, is supposed to come with the mozzarella sticks. They will charge you 50 cents. They might as well just include that in the price. Because who's gonna eat mozzarella sticks without marinara?

Every time I go to this sonic there is an issue!!! Ordered 2 junior burgers both with all veggies and one with mustard and one with mayo. One had all veggies and the other just had mayo and pickles. Seriously this sonic gets my order wrong EVERYTIME I GO!!!
