I ordered Tr summer berry lemonade. Did not taste right at all. I asked for them to remake it politely. It still taste like the last one made. The girl in drive thru said she watched her make it correctly and I explained that normally its a lot more blue and not clear the drink taste weird. She then proceeded to say well you need to ask for more lemonade. I've never had to ask for more lemonade because other people who work at this location know how to make it and any other location. I've never had an issue until now. The young girl had a attitude about situation and I drove off because I did not want to deal with her being rude. I will not be returning to this location save your 8.50 and go to a better location

Tables were all dirty and sticky, but I would like to give benefit of the doubt and say they were busy right before I arrived. (Place was empty) staff is always kind and helpful

I’m usually not one to write reviews, and I normally have a great visit at Starbucks - but I ordered a venti chai add pumpkin sauce and sweet cream cold foam. As I ordered, the woman quickly ā€œcorrectedā€ my order so I was quiet and continued in line. I didn’t exactly get a chance to say I wanted the drink hot.
As I came to the window, the woman handed me my drink and it was iced - I was confused and said (very nicely), ā€œI’m sorry, did I said I wanted it hot?ā€ The woman said, ā€œNo the drink you ordered comes iced.ā€ As she then shut the window. I was confused as I interacted very politely without getting upset that my drink was wrong.
Whether the drink comes iced or not - I have never had a hard time getting it hot. I don’t want to seem like a Karen lol, but a small rude interaction can really hurt someone’s day. The unwillingness just to listen or try to help really confused me. Sometimes a simple Starbucks coffee is the one thing that can make someone’s day, and when the drink and interaction goes completely wrong without negotiation, my day feels like it’s gone even more south. I understand if the woman has had a rough day or some bad interactions, but it’s important to know how easy it is to hurt someone with body language, tone, and words.

I don’t like to complain because I love StarB’s and life happens. Just a little constructive criticism to help the employees grow. ā¤ļø
It was early so I get it. 6:20 on a Saturday is early for young adults to have to adult. But just as an FYI for future reference. If you don’t have a certain size cup, please don’t charge your customers for one. It’s easy to go through the motions thinking that the all employees would know what to do. An easy explanation over the speaker or at the window before charging your card for a size you don’t have would have sufficed. I didn’t find out you were out of that size cup until after I had already paid for my Venti drink.

I had to work this morning and rarely get to grab coffee because it’s an expense I can’t usually afford. The employee wasn’t rude or anything but she was no nonsense and didn’t even bother with an explanation until handing me my Grande cup.
I drove off at tad confused as I needed to get to work. I looked at my receipt at a stop light because it dawned on me what she said (I was pretty tired, also) and sure enough, unfortunately I got charged for a Venti that I never received. Yes partially my fault for not paying closer attention. Kids make mistakes and I am not to upset just sad that I didn’t get my Venti Delicious coffee. Something to think about in the future to teach your employees. I u destined how hard it is to train for every scenario. Kindness and honesty go along way to keep customers coming back. I love StarB’s and this won’t keep me from going back I promise. ā¤ļø Blessings and growth on a Saturday!!

My coffee was fantastic. The problem was I stood there and waited for 20 minutes to get it. There were only a few people inside and they were waiting just as long. 1:15 pm.
Everyone coming through the drive-through got theirs right away. This is ridiculous. Won’t be back.

Just ordered a pink drink with strawberry purƩe and heavy cream and it is divine! Not only was the drink just what I needed but the customer service was above and beyond. Remington was my barista and not only did a great job on my custom order, she made me a little special drink on the side. Totally made my day! The team members here are wonderful and I will definitely come back over and over again!
