I would not recommend any type of mobile orders from this location. 3/3 wrong in the last 6 months. Most recent just a bag of coffee, ground...sent my 16 year old to pick up, they made him wait 30 minutes and he got home with a bag of whole bean coffee off the shelf after his wait. Last time a matcha with cream was just an entire cup of cream.

I’m giving a 4 star, because I love the store and most of the supervisors(Kassi)but there is a supervisor who I genuinely not fit to be a supervisor her attitude towards on coming supervisor is unprofessional and on occasions while talking have smelt alcohol on her breathe she has a vulgar attitude. There’s also been occasions where a barista Gracie that has had an attitude with me in the drive thru telling me that my drink is ready and it’s been completely wrong and blaming me for ordering incorrectly but I believe she just wasn’t listening to me and what I wanted. I hope this store removes this two individuals and leads with an amazing and new crew.

No coffee any where should ever cost more than $1. The prices stay high because people are foolish enough to keep paying higher prices, instead fighting high end corporations price gouging, they just take more and more.

I ordered one venti caramel ribbon crunch with caramel “lining the cup” and one venti caramel frap also with caramel “lining the cup”. Being that I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for over 15+ years and I been to multiple different Starbucks outside of Oklahoma. And I’ve always have ordered it this way. Neither one I ordered today had caramel lining the cup the drive thru gentleman tried to tell me yes it’s in the frap, and I said no it’s supposed to be lining the cup. He took one of the drinks back after “lined it with caramel” when he came back to the window it was one little drizzle and put in a new cup. I’ve been to this location maybe a hand full of times and it’s made the correct way. I don’t appreciate spending money and not receiving what I paid for. I also had to ask for my receipt.

You have to ask for your iced coffee to be “stirred” when ordering here unless you like to taste your coffee, cream and flavoring separately. Today I did request this when I ordered at the drive-thru and she still tried to hand it to me unstirred and acted put out when I had to ask again and then handed it to me with the lid not snapped down. I don’t feel like I should have to request this.

I usually come every morning to get my coffee, I order the same coffee as always and this time they gave me something different even though i told them what i wanted. the short lady that has black hair came out of the the blue and told me to get something else next time. even when i didnt said anything or complain about it, She said to order something else next time. I believe that if Im paying for something i deserve what
I paid for, not someone else advice because it was basically the “same coffee” and trying to give me something else because she didnt like what I ordered.I work in costumer service and what i have learned is costumers are first not matter what. Very dissapointed

I ordered Tr summer berry lemonade. Did not taste right at all. I asked for them to remake it politely. It still taste like the last one made. The girl in drive thru said she watched her make it correctly and I explained that normally its a lot more blue and not clear the drink taste weird. She then proceeded to say well you need to ask for more lemonade. I've never had to ask for more lemonade because other people who work at this location know how to make it and any other location. I've never had an issue until now. The young girl had a attitude about situation and I drove off because I did not want to deal with her being rude. I will not be returning to this location save your 8.50 and go to a better location

Tables were all dirty and sticky, but I would like to give benefit of the doubt and say they were busy right before I arrived. (Place was empty) staff is always kind and helpful

I’m usually not one to write reviews, and I normally have a great visit at Starbucks - but I ordered a venti chai add pumpkin sauce and sweet cream cold foam. As I ordered, the woman quickly “corrected” my order so I was quiet and continued in line. I didn’t exactly get a chance to say I wanted the drink hot.
As I came to the window, the woman handed me my drink and it was iced - I was confused and said (very nicely), “I’m sorry, did I said I wanted it hot?” The woman said, “No the drink you ordered comes iced.” As she then shut the window. I was confused as I interacted very politely without getting upset that my drink was wrong.
Whether the drink comes iced or not - I have never had a hard time getting it hot. I don’t want to seem like a Karen lol, but a small rude interaction can really hurt someone’s day. The unwillingness just to listen or try to help really confused me. Sometimes a simple Starbucks coffee is the one thing that can make someone’s day, and when the drink and interaction goes completely wrong without negotiation, my day feels like it’s gone even more south. I understand if the woman has had a rough day or some bad interactions, but it’s important to know how easy it is to hurt someone with body language, tone, and words.
