I’m giving a 4 star, because I love the store and most of the supervisors(Kassi)but there is a supervisor who I genuinely not fit to be a supervisor her attitude towards on coming supervisor is unprofessional and on occasions while talking have smelt alcohol on her breathe she has a vulgar attitude. There’s also been occasions where a barista Gracie that has had an attitude with me in the drive thru telling me that my drink is ready and it’s been completely wrong and blaming...
You have to ask for your iced coffee to be “stirred” when ordering here unless you like to taste your coffee, cream and flavoring separately. Today I did request this when I ordered at the drive-thru and she still tried to hand it to me unstirred and acted put out when I had to ask again and then handed it to me with the lid not snapped down. I don’t feel like I should have to request this.
Guy that waited on me was very nice and fixed my mistake when ordering. He knew what I was wanting and made it for me with kindness. I'm not sure of his name but it was around 12:30. Thank you nice guy 💖
