I placed an online order and when I asked if they had put the cheese on it, since I didn't see it; this old lady snapped at me. It was just a simple question and I wasn't being disrespectful, but I've noticed that she always has a horrible attitude with customers. If I ever see that she's working, I'll just go to a different location.

I love the food at subway it's delicious but I'm officially making it a point to avoid this Subway because every time I come here the people on the line are very disrespectful and make it very obvious that they don't care at all. I mean from the point to when she was putting ranch on my sandwich she did it all lazy and there was more on the side than on the actual sandwich, when I've called I get the same treatment there no nice "hello how can I help you" they've just sat there I hadn't even realized anybody answered the phone and when I spoke first and somebody responded there was so much attitude in their voice I mean every encounter I have with this location is terrible if I could give a zero Stars I definitely would.

The employees there are always nice to speak to and I won't go to any other location as this subway does it all right.

This is the only one I eat at people are very nice helpful ? and everything is always clean including the bathroom. Good customer service and I'm grateful for that because there is no customer service anymore. Good job Choctaw Subway

Bad bad bad customer service! I went there and had this lady being rude to me with no reason, almost rushing me to order and telling me every single second “anything else, anything else”. Dude if you don’t like what yo do or if you’re racist to a certain ethnicity go work somewhere else, but we’re paying for the service and you should treat people with respect. Not going there again.
