It’s the only Taco Bell near us, I love Taco Bell BUT.. There is almost ALWAYS something wrong with our food. I let it slide 2 times, once when they gave me a plain chicken casadilla when I ordered a Cantina Chicken Casadilla and this time when I once again ordered a cantina chicken casadilla and they gave me a gross Calienta Chicken Casadilla that had sweet red sauce on it. We live 25 minutes from this Taco Bell. The first time when they gave me the plain chicken casadilla we didn’t check it before we left so that’s our fault I guess, but this time we checked that we got everything and that they gave us a casadilla with cheese on the outside but I guess you have to dissect the inside of our food to make sure it’s right. It’s extremely irritating that we had to drive all the way back, 25 minutes for them to make us the correct food. Someone working there is being lazy and ringing up the first thing they see that’s vaguely close to what we asked for. Plus, they drown everything in sauce, you have to almost always scrape 3 napkins worth of sauce off of the casadillas. I would dissect your food before you leave if you eat here.

This is by far the most disgusting Taco Bell i have ever been in. It was 11am and there was not a clean table in the whole restaurant, the counter in front of the pop machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Spilled and dried pop all over the place, starw wrappers stuck to it. The floor had not been swept either. Lot of receipts and cheese all over the dining area.

We come here all the time bc it's the closest taco bell to us. They're usually fast but there's almost always something wrong with the food. Tonight we got 2 chicken quesadillas and a party pack. The tacos were fine but the quesadillas cheese was not melted at all. It seemed like the only thing warm was the chicken and that was an awful combination of cold cheese and tortilla plus warm chicken. So gross my boyfriend didn't want to eat his. Something needs to be done at this location judging by the other reviews too.
Edit: so sorry for the long message I'm just so upset bc I don't play about my food, you know the thing that goes in my body to help me survive? Anyways it has happened yet again cheese wasn't melted in our stackers and when I went back to ask if they could do anything about it I was just met with an attitude from I THINK the manager. Dude looks like a discord moderator and has the audacity to be rude to people who come to his store ALL THE TIME AND I doordash from there too. I love taco bell but this store has got to do some changes and by that I mean fire this guy bc he is almost always rude. I got back up to the window and he told me he can't do anything and that has a timer on his oven or whatever it is and if he puts the stackers back in there it'll just burn them. I just said I'd reheat them in the microwave and drove off bc I'm so over this store and I wasn't trying to argue with a grown man (I'm 18). But come on dude it's Taco Bell and you can't melt the cheese on a quesadilla? They've gotten my order just fine before cheese melted and everything perfect but it's just gone downhill. I've worked in food service it's not that hard to make good food and when you mess up it's not hard to give good customer service rather than saying you can't do anything and meeting me with an attitude while all your coworkers are sitting there staring at you. When we got home the stackers were wrapped so awkward then my boyfriend pulled the food out and saw the wrapper on my DLT wasn't wrapped properly and was touching the (probably really gross bc they get dropped on the floor or other stuff gets on them and they get sticky ect. Again I've worked in food service so I know) sauce packets. Stacker wasn't bad reheated and that's the only good thing I have to say. Probably won't come back here bc they might see this and know it's me bc I come so often and get a specific order I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my food or already have. 😂🙄

The doors are never open. The teens are rude to DD workers and employees park in customer parking. Especially the girl that drives the moped

Used to be okay... Now it's just all over the place. Started serving breakfast, now doesn't (for who knows the reasons) but can't get anything with rice in the mornings so that's most the menu gone... Just becoming more and more not worth the hassle. Last visit just left without getting anything, pretty disappointing when you waited all morning for them to open just to hear they can't make anything I wanted on the menu they serve. I recommend driving a little further to 23rd and Douglas as I've never experienced any issues there personally.
