Went through the drive through, they forgot one of my burritos. When I went in they were quick to make it for me. When I got home I found the tacos and chalupa had little to no filling in them. The burritos were good.

Came in for lunch. I order through the app. It came right out. Super helpful woman working the front counter. A gramma had her grand daughter in there. They were struggling to order. Super helpful woman walked them through it step by step. Was refreshing to see good customer service

I’m somewhat of a Taco Bell connoisseur back to the .39 cent taco days. I’ve had it 3 times this week at other locations and I usually get the same thing every time. Today, my grandson got chips and cheese and the chip bag had 6 chips in it….. SIX….. asked for a 2nd bag of chips when I got my order and was given another half bag which was fine because now I have what should actually be 1.

Next, I open up our burritos and immediately notice how small they are. Like I have a normal sized female hand and It didn’t even cover the length of my hand, I’ve had bigger party burritos at Taco Bueno. The 5 layer burrito maybe had a tablespoon of meat. At this point, I take it to the counter and ask to talk to the manager, she comes up… I mention the lack of meat and that I already do had to ask for a 2nd bag of chips…..

At this point, Ricky or however you spell her name, looks at me, doesn’t say a word and walks off down the line while yelling she needs another 5 layer to the staff. I tried to yell to her that it had no sour cream but she didnt hear me, they make it with sour cream of course because of HER lack of proper communication. So now they’re making a 3rd burrito. Ricky disappeared entirely, I never got an I’m sorry and I didn’t really want another burrito but she didn’t even take the time to ask me. She didn’t say a word to me other than, “yes?” when she walked to the counter. Zero accountability, zero customer service skills, and zero attempt to even find out what exactly the issue was or correct it. I wasn’t looking for free food, maybe the kid on the line doesn’t know how much stuff he is supposed to use.

I reassured the young lady that my issue wasnt with her it was the ingredient portion and now it was Ricky because of how she just walked off. I now hear Ricky ranting/yelling in the back at the staff that, “if she finds another *inaudible* of lettuce that she is going to flip out on them.” I’ve been a manager my entire life, managers that manage with fear and intimidation are toxic to a business. The poor young adults/kids there look like they’re abused spouses, because they’re being treated very poorly.

Lastly, I had a hard taco, granted I didn’t want lettuce and I paid .60 cents for potatoes to be added… open it up and same story, 6 regular potato chunks and 2 tiny ones. I don’t know if management is pushing them to reduce portions or what but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Ricky would never work for me a day again. She has no management skills and just made a slightly annoying experience a terrible one.

It’s the only Taco Bell near us, I love Taco Bell BUT.. There is almost ALWAYS something wrong with our food. I let it slide 2 times, once when they gave me a plain chicken casadilla when I ordered a Cantina Chicken Casadilla and this time when I once again ordered a cantina chicken casadilla and they gave me a gross Calienta Chicken Casadilla that had sweet red sauce on it. We live 25 minutes from this Taco Bell. The first time when they gave me the plain chicken casadilla we didn’t check it before we left so that’s our fault I guess, but this time we checked that we got everything and that they gave us a casadilla with cheese on the outside but I guess you have to dissect the inside of our food to make sure it’s right. It’s extremely irritating that we had to drive all the way back, 25 minutes for them to make us the correct food. Someone working there is being lazy and ringing up the first thing they see that’s vaguely close to what we asked for. Plus, they drown everything in sauce, you have to almost always scrape 3 napkins worth of sauce off of the casadillas. I would dissect your food before you leave if you eat here.

Card reader went down while I was at the window. I waited 10 minutes for them to try and fix it and then the manager or some guy with a mustache come to the window and says if I don’t have cash they’ll have to just throw my food away. Terrible customer service

Do not like the new app , no point in ordering ahead if you have to wait 20 minutes. Also forgot my sauce which was sad.
