Conditions are beyond horrid. Tee boxes are unlevel. Fairways are sloped and have barely any grass in them.
Great course to play!
Drove an hour for a scheduled 8:20 tee time to locked gate and no one to answer the phone.
Was definitely eventful. Really enjoyed it once I understood the game. Would go back in a heartbeat
Please pay the extra 5 or 10 dollars and play at John Conrad or Trosper. This is hands down the worst course in town, played this place twice and it’s poorly kept, ugly and the greens are covered in sand with the worst grass that doesn’t even feel like a green. For the price they’re charging go enjoy a pretty course that gives a crap.
Went to Choctaw Creek to watch our grandson play in the Junior High golf tournament. To rent a cart the attendant said would be $35. The attendant acknowledged that the price was high, but it was dictated by the city mayor. Further, when I checked my credit card receipt, I was charged an additional $4.50 as a “credit card” fee which represents an additional 12.9% unannounced charge to use a credit card. Total charge to rent the golf cart was $39.50. There was no mention of this credit card usage fee by the attendant at any time.
Driving range sub par. To get range balls you have to go inside to the lackluster office and dig out balls from a bin. I've not once been able to get them to answer the phone when I call. It goes to voicemail immediately.
Course was definitely on the struggle bus. Half the course was underwater and the other half was super dry. Clubhouse staff were super nice, and I had a good time nonetheless. You get what you pay for, and I think it was worth the price.
Not crowded but very tired.
Yummy food..excellent bar drinks..great service!

Course is always in rough shape. The driving range is not marked at all. Pro shop has little to no selection, and greens were some of the worst I've seen . I get it you're "doing work," but it's been like this for 20 years.
Horrible golf course, maybe if all the greens are in terrible shape you shouldn't be charging full price.I could've played a nice course for the same price.
Place has wayyyy to many weed and holes. They'll fire anyone who tries to fix the issue. Don't waste your time as they don't put in the time or allow their employees, to fix their issues. Trash golfing course.
Terrible greens mostly sand and goose grass, but still charge more than the courses in the surrounding area. Won't be back any time soon. 🤬
Dont allow booking tee times online if you aren't prepared to honor them. No golf carts upon arrival with no estimate of when one would become available. Very poorly managed.
