After the bakery I was trying to hire backed out on me less than a week before the party, the wonderful employee in Walmart Bakery saved the day! She went above and beyond to create the cake my son wanted and at a fraction of the cost the other bakery was going to charge (I added the decor on top, just pictures printed from Walmart photo center and hot glued to treat sticks)

Called tonight (1/7/2020) to try and get a cake ordered. Found out the bakery is closed this is at 7:20pm, online says the bakery closes at 8pm. I then called the customer service desk the lady asked a manager what to do and come back saying “I needed to be transferred to the deli department someone there should be able to fill out a slip” a lady answers and proceeds to tell me “uh, the bakery is closed”. I then tell her again I was transferred over and they said someone should help me so she shouts out to another co-worker by the name of Brittany after doing that it sounds like she just set the phone down and left it be I sat there waiting for 4 minutes before deciding to hang up and have given up on trying to get a cake ordered here.
