The food is always good, but I always forget why I only go to Wendy's every couple of years...how long it takes to get the food. After the person that was in front of us got their food (15 minutes later), I walked asking about our order. They finally started on the order, so about 20 total minutes to get food. I then remembered why I do not return.

Someone with a spine needs to manage this place. 04/15/25 1 pm. Witnessed 2 boys hanging out, throwing ketchup packets at the people working and making the food. And nobody put a stop to this for 20 minutes or more. They all knew each other. And the boys working seem to keep smiling and aging them on. Wendy's corporate get off your butt's and inspect.

Entering the place, over all nothing to note, ordering ,the guy was not really listening, the fries were way over cooked as well as the. Nuggets. Seems the oil in the fryer should be changed. Not the best for sure, maybe an off day, will try again

We would drive across the country for Wendy's chocolate frosties. Regrettably, it seems that the ingredients are not consistently placed in the freezer overnight making the frosty more like a disappointing chocolate milk drink than an ice cream.
This is the biggest piece of crap Wendy's I have ever been to. Two times I have ordered online only to go through the line to be told they are out of what I ordered. I ordered Chili and was offered Fries as a substitute. Because people want fries as a meal. I asked for a refund and was told they can't give refunds for in app orders. Basically they steal your money, if you do accept their unacceptable substitute. TWICE this has happened at this location. This was 5 hours before they closed. Two days ago it was 4 hours before they closed. Do not order online at this location unless you are prepared for them to not have what you order then keep your money.

Store was filthy and the employee was extremely rude. I was afraid to even let my cup touch the lever for ice, it was so gross. Joann the cashier, might be the rudest woman I've ever met! She wanted to argue with me about a cheeseburger deluxe meal. She argued with us about everything. She was loud and abrasive o the point, we felt we were being yelled at. My burger had been microwaved and my nugs were raw! The worst Wendy's we've been in.

Omg everything sucked the fries were old the garlic chicken nuggets were over powering with garlic and were just yuck the only thing that was worth the money spent was the salted Carmel frosty but there than that won't be back
