I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while & now I know why. I know this fast food. This isn’t some nice restaurant, but I at least want to be able to eat the meal. We ended up throwing away half the meal because it just wasn’t any good.

I order from the mobile app asked the young lady if there was ketchup and she was very rude about it and said it says it in the bag so it should be an walk away .

I live in Chouteau. Unfortunately, bought food here a few times. Every time at least 20 minutes for a simple order for two adults. With minimal people In line. Got the second star for the staff at least being polite for being extremely slow. Back kitchen area always sounds very chaotic.

Wish I could go lower than 1 star. It takes a minimum 30 minutes to get your food even if you order with the app. This location has really gone down hill and I didn't think that was possible
