We had a friend Christmas get together..I loved the way they began the meal with salad places within reach of everyone and the order in which the remaining portions came out. Great size portions awaited each person. We had roughly 21 people and they handled that with ease. They even had an area to purchase their Amish products.
The way each member assisted in the cleanup was impressive.
