I have visited Annies Diner many times while in the Foyil OK area. On this visit, I must say it did not rise to the standard that I had experienced many times before. The charm seemed to be gone and the food was mediocre at best. While the eggs were edible, they were ordered over medium and served partially hard boiled. The bacon appeared be precooked which is understandable but the pancakes were less than a quarter of an inch thick and incredibly dense while lacking any flavor...
Not really one to like breakfast foods from restaurants, but this was by far the best breakfast I’ve had, they just recently started doing a BBQ Breakfast on their menu. The eggs were perfectly scrambled, the potatoes were nice and crunchy, the brisket was so tender and juicy it was falling apart. To say the least I will definitely be making the drive back from Tulsa to try more of their menu!!
