Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich had brown lettuce. Kid's meals both had curly fries instead of crinkled fries. Forgot our mozzarella sticks. Disappointed!!

Arby's is always solid place to eat. Great roast beef sandwiches. Wasn't a fan of that new cheese steak sandwich. Maybe because they put way too much of that sauce on it. Take that sauce off and it would be good

Bring a sweater because it is cold. Service is slow most of the time. Ordered the Prime Rib Nuggets. They were tender and very salty and small. 9 nuggets for $9.00 and they didn’t even fill up the containers. Disappointed.

I want to start off by talking about Arby's as a whole. I want to love it. When the fries are fresh, they're delicious but you cannot find them that way often enough. All of the restaurants are terribly run down. This one had obvious water damage on all of the walls. almost all of them have damage to the walls and floors (tiles, pulling up). Seven times out of ten, the sauces aren't filled. there's almost never anybody in any of them, because of these facts. You people have got to revamp this or that place is going under. I still go about once a month.But i'm disappointed regularly. Make fresh fries, or maybe not so many at a time,... Please and thank you. Now, for this particular location, the gentleman behind the counter was leaning down with his elbows on the counter. While he was taking that order and was very rough around the edges. The roast beef sandwich was good, but the fries were disappointing. Do better please.

They messed up my order by adding two extra sides when I only wanted the ones included with the meal. I asked for ranch twice and never received it.
After being told to pull up and wait, I finally got my food—only to find it was cold, except for the sides. The worker walked away before I could check my bag, so I didn’t realize the issues until later.
What should have been just two meals ended up costing over $40, and the food wasn’t even good since it was cold. Next time, I’ll just go to McDonald’s.
