They messed up my order by adding two extra sides when I only wanted the ones included with the meal. I asked for ranch twice and never received it.
After being told to pull up and wait, I finally got my food—only to find it was cold, except for the sides. The worker walked away before I could check my bag, so I didn’t realize the issues until later.
What should have been just two meals ended up costing over $40, and the food wasn’t even good since it was cold. Next time, I’ll just go to McDonald’s.

We got a roast beef and the sandwich was cold, I called and the manager didnt act surprised what so ever! I went to get my refund and she didn't seem to care that they messed up, I even seen workers in the back wipe their nose and continue to make food! I won't be back and id give 0 stars if possible

Paid almost 40.00 for 3 meals. It was terrible. The roast beef didn't even taste like meat. Got combos, but charge individually for everything!!! Will not eat here again.
I have never really liked Arby’s but my husband does so I decided to go on Friday and get dinner. I ate it around 4PM and by 8PM I was projectile vomiting with food poisoning and that lasted for about 8 hours. I lost 4.5 pounds in one night from throwing up so much. I will never return to another Arby’s and especially not the one in Claremore.
