Of course this is my favorite Braum's. Love the biscuits and Gravy. So yummy. Of course the burgers are top notch! The no sugar added ice cream are amazing and I love the Carb Watch Bread is really good if you are doing low carb. You have to get the good deal while you are there on soft serve frozen yogurt cones. I do think they changed the recipe though recently but we still get it. I liked the old recipe better.

Literally never get what I order from this place. People were super friendly repeated what I had ordered was confident I didn’t have to check my bag before leaving nope! Please do better.

The drive through needs some help. I waited in line for over 20 minutes AFTER placing my order. I ended up just leaving because I didn’t have time for the wait… the whole point of a drive through is for it to be speedy.
Over the last year, the wait time in the line has consistently been 15-30 minutes no matter when I’ve went. By the time you get to the window, your food is cold and your ice cream has melted.

Very friendly. Efficient. The last time I visited, I was having a really hard day. The young woman remained patient and understanding. Very kind. Even paid for my meal. I value this because kindness goes so far.
