This place is a hit or miss on the food. I visit often for the convenience of location, if not for that and the friendly staff I would not come back. Even though some staff may be friendly, it can be slow getting your food. The food is nothing great and would be over priced if you don’t have the BWW app and get discounts. All in all, the place is ok. Don’t go there expecting anything more than slow service and also double check your bill, they like to double charge you and ignore the promo codes provided.
Side Note: The reply below is automated. I did reach out and had proof of the wrong charges. Nothing was fixed and this issue will continue.

It’s always something with this location. Either the staff is incompetent or the manager is. Something is always missing or it’s the wrong thing. We ordered takeout tonight. They were out of one of the sauces chosen, but they didn’t inform us at pick up so that we could choose something else. Instead we got sauce-less boneless wings. The tenders were missing their side of sauce. We ordered dry buffalo on the fries, but it wasn’t there. We ordered two boats of celery and carrots, but I’m pretty sure we only got one based on the quantity. The large fry looked more like a small. 🤷🏼♀️ they definitely weren’t busy so that’s not the excuse here.

Slow food output, they'll say 10-20 minute wait for your order on the phone. Once you get there there's only two tables seated.
I get the short staffing, but, let your clients know.

I got the Honey BBQ Chicken Salad and it was honestly really really good. I try salads from just about everywhere I go to eat and this one is definitely up there. Great ratio of toppings to greens with all of that Chicken, along with more then enough ranch for the whole salad which normally is a gripe I have with restaurants not giving enough ranch for the whole salad. Service was great and the place was super clean only complaint is the price as it was a $14 salad. Highly recommend.

I have tried to give this location several chances, but it just sucks. My family always order online. Every time we order there is always some sort of problem. Either we are missing something from our order or something is not made correctly. When we do order we wait 30 mins before going and picking up the order, which is more time than is stating it should be ready in, and it is never ready when we get there. You have to wait another 15 mins or so. Waiting an hour to get 2 or 3 burgers is not normal. And for some reason the cooks seem to think burgers with a little bit of salt for flavor is a little too much to ask for. Why does this location suck so much?

I hardly write reviews let alone bad ones, but we probably won’t return to the claremore BWW. We were offered a table or a booth and picked booth. Our waitress was not happy we were sat in her section. She threw her arms up at the hostess and rolled her eyes after she sat us there. Our server was hateful while she took our order and rolled her eyes at us as she was walking away from our table. We waited about 45 minutes for our meal which was brought out by someone else. Less than 5 minutes after we received our food the waitress brings us the check. She didn’t say anything just placed it on the table and walked away. About 5 minutes later she comes back asking for our payment. By that time we just felt so rushed we both finished eating quickly and left. I get she probably wanted to turn the table over quickly, but maybe if the kitchen wasn’t so slow she could have. Don’t make us wait 45 minutes for food and then allow us less than 30 to eat it. Also, the hostess shouldn’t give the option for table or booth if they don’t actually want to have someone sit in a booth. We don’t expect grade A service here, but the attitude and hatefulness was uncalled for.

I had to call three separate times as they messed up the order all of those times I went in and paid for the order looked at my receipt tried to correct it with the manager named Alex. She got the other manager involved and said that they basically cannot do anything to help. They charge me the wrong amount of food, and I got the wrong amount of food Horrible customer service from the managers will be contacting corporate.

I have written only one bad review before and I wasn’t going to over this place. Figured I’d rant to my partner and let it be until I got to my hotel and realized my sauces are all wrong. My partner and I had to do work in Tulsa and after traveling four hours to get here, working outside and in metal all day, and not eating we wanted food. So, leaving Tulsa and on the way to our hotel we book an online order and it’s supposed to be done at 7:50pm. We get there at 8:00pm and nobody is at the counter. I wait about 10 minutes until someone takes my name, they check on the meal and then come out of the kitchen but never update me, another ten minutes go by and I find one of the teenagers working there and ask if my food is being worked on (keep in mind this is now 8:20pm) and they say yes. Then another teenager asks me for my name and they go check on the food. After hearing that they screwed up someone else’s food I checked mine before leaving. Not only was there no plastic silverware but we were missing a whole meal. I told them I was missing the queso. They come back with the queso but no chips. I ask for chips and they come back with chips after about 5 minutes. I ask for plastic silverware and told them I was staying at a hotel. She hands me one. I ask for another and then she asks if I need wet wipes and I told her “eh no” and she asked what wings I got and I told her “not sure” (since my partner ordered his part without me looking and it was also an appetizer sampler so wasn’t sure) and with attitude she goes “what do you mean you don’t know? You ordered it.” So she checked my receipt and gave me two wet wipes. Thanks. So I get to the hotel. Not only are my sauces wrong but my chips are half soggy and my fries are also COLD AND SOGGY. I ordered honey bbq and parmesan garlic and I got ranch. So not only did I not leave the restaurant until almost 8:30 (40 minutes after my order was supposed to be done) but I received terrible service with attitude too (I love how all the workers look at you but don’t check on you while you stand at the front), I got soggy chips and the wrong sauces and cold fries (which is awesome because I have allergies so please next time give someone the correct stuff before you accidentally get them sick with allergic reactions). This place was terrible. Not a way to end a long and tiring and filthy day.

We came in around 5:30 on a Friday. It was pretty slow, considering it was a Friday. Our wings and fries came out luke warm. To bad you have resorted to pre cooking them and letting them sit under a lamp, especially on a night you were not busy. They were hard and had hardly any sauce on them. Very disappointed!

Rude waitress
My boneless wings were cold!!
I was sooo looking forward to TRADITIONAL wings. When I got to take out window NO-ONE was there to help me. I had selected a time and STILL had to wait 15 min past the chosen time. When I got home and took them out they were NOT traditional but boneless breaded chicken chunks that were cold. I don’t live that far so they should’ve been at least warm. Very disappointed in the service for sure.

Would give ZERO stars if I could.
We came last night for my little sister's birthday and our waitress was so rude. She seemed very upset that she had a larger group (we had 15 people) we waited almost 20 mins for anyone to take our order for drinks, then almost an hour for her to take an order for our food. Anytime we would ask for anything she seemed to get very upset. She would shake her head and rolled her eyes a few times. We came in around 7:15 and didn't reiceve any food til almost 9pm. We had 3 kids with us, and when we asked for a refill she told us "hold on, I'm working on it" but didn't get any refills for 30+ mins. We also asked if we could order an appetizer before we ordered any food after waiting a while and she said "well I think everyone else is ready to order so" & went to the end of the table and started taking orders. Once we got our food finally 3 of our orders were wrong and our food was cold. We ended up only asking for 1 to be fixed, because everyone was hugry. Our tickets when we left were also charged wrong, which she did end up fixing but that took forever and we didn't leave Buffalo Wild Wings til almost 11. ? very bad experience.
