Server should’ve stayed a hostess every 3 min would walk by constantly and check on us couldn’t even finish a conversation before she was back again she even got the hint and still did it while smirking mad annoying like a child,hope you enjoyed no tip on basically a 100$ bill learn to give people space or stand at the front and pass out menus.

Whoever is the manager tonight Tuesday July 29th needs to be fired immediately! I order a cheese curd planned on using my points in online app for them, waitress put them in wrong 1st mistake, which isnt the problem manger refused to come to my table after asking 3X asking for manger, I redeem my points but they wont take item off because it was entered incorrect by waitress 2nd mistake,so she told me to hit refund not telling me it would take days before I could use them so here I am asking a waitress for manager to fix the issue when waitress comes back crying that manger says she has to pay any difference in what items on ticket & im not going to tip her now since theres a issue(which i would have if manager fixed the $2 difference between small & large chz curds & allowed me to use my points & save me the $10, only reason I came there was to use my reward points but instead of manger coming over like asked 3x like a manager should in this situation they chose to ignore the situation & blame me for selecting the wrong item on the app which isnt at all what happened, seeing my daughter asked for a sweet tea & you brought her a sprite(nobody order a sprite) 3rd mistake & I asked for a regular chz curd, im 100% certain you made the mistake not me... but the bigger issue is when you ask for manager 3x & they refuse to come to your table & treat your waitress like that telling her if she voids or changes anything she responsible for cash difference & cost her a $10+ in tips is unacceptable in my book. She wasn't a bad waitres, she was under horrible management that should have fixed the issue. Never again will I return i will use my points at owasso location & my usually $100+ checks will go to another establishment. 3 mistakes by employees but im the one who got yelled at by waitress who was in distress because her manager wont fix a issue just wow

Food was okay, would have been better if brought out when it was done instead of when we could finally waive our server down, he avoided eye contact like we were the plague and when we finally had gotten another server to get his attention we had to ask for our appetizer to be brought tyt to us before our actual food came out, are appetizers not supposed to come out before the food?

Rude to blast the music so loud I couldn't enjoy my lunch, then as soon as I was leaving turn it back down. I won't be returning to this location.
The waitress was sweet but half of my order was wrong and I wasn’t offered a refund for the half that I didn’t order which is really annoying. I didn’t plan on spending $12 to eat five boneless wings. She offered to replace the ones that had dry rub (was supposed to be sauce) but I didn’t have another 15-20 minutes to wait.

This place is a hit or miss on the food. I visit often for the convenience of location, if not for that and the friendly staff I would not come back. Even though some staff may be friendly, it can be slow getting your food. The food is nothing great and would be over priced if you don’t have the BWW app and get discounts. All in all, the place is ok. Don’t go there expecting anything more than slow service and also double check your bill, they like to double charge you and ignore the promo codes provided.

It’s always something with this location. Either the staff is incompetent or the manager is. Something is always missing or it’s the wrong thing. We ordered takeout tonight. They were out of one of the sauces chosen, but they didn’t inform us at pick up so that we could choose something else. Instead we got sauce-less boneless wings. The tenders were missing their side of sauce. We ordered dry buffalo on the fries, but it wasn’t there. We ordered two boats of celery and carrots, but I’m pretty sure we only got one based on the quantity. The large fry looked more like a small. 🤷🏼♀️ they definitely weren’t busy so that’s not the excuse here.
