If you place an online order, expect to get it the next day. The server kept telling me just a few more minutes just a few more minutes and it took forever to get my order. Won’t be coming back to this place. Whoever is running the kitchen needs to be fired. A joke to take out orders.

Ordered a Philly and tator tots. The Philly was cold and the tator tots were so bad . Must have been cooled in old grease not only were they brownish they were gross. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings . This was worse than any fast food I’ve ever had !!

Visited at about 130pm on a Saturday. Very quiet surrounding considering the televisions. Only 2 other tables. Took almost an hour and a half for us to get our food (10 people). Most of the wings looked mummified because they had been under a heating lamp for so long, and barely had any flavor. Plenty of people in the kitchen area, and servers that would randomly disappear and not show back up to offer a refill on drinks or check on you. I wasnt a huge fan of BWW before this, but after this experience, I probably won't take my family to another one. In short, subpar food and I'd consider it a swing and a miss on the service aspect.

Ordered wings to be delivered and they forgot half of the order. Called them to tell them and they said to drive up there to pick it up. Why would I pay a delivery fee and tip the driver just to drive there myself

Server should’ve stayed a hostess every 3 min would walk by constantly and check on us couldn’t even finish a conversation before she was back again she even got the hint and still did it while smirking mad annoying like a child,hope you enjoyed no tip on basically a 100$ bill learn to give people space or stand at the front and pass out menus.

Whoever is the manager tonight Tuesday July 29th needs to be fired immediately! I order a cheese curd planned on using my points in online app for them, waitress put them in wrong 1st mistake, which isnt the problem manger refused to come to my table after asking 3X asking for manger, I redeem my points but they wont take item off because it was entered incorrect by waitress 2nd mistake,so she told me to hit refund not telling me it would take days before I could use them so here I am asking a waitress for manager to fix the issue when waitress comes back crying that manger says she has to pay any difference in what items on ticket & im not going to tip her now since theres a issue(which i would have if manager fixed the $2 difference between small & large chz curds & allowed me to use my points & save me the $10, only reason I came there was to use my reward points but instead of manger coming over like asked 3x like a manager should in this situation they chose to ignore the situation & blame me for selecting the wrong item on the app which isnt at all what happened, seeing my daughter asked for a sweet tea & you brought her a sprite(nobody order a sprite) 3rd mistake & I asked for a regular chz curd, im 100% certain you made the mistake not me... but the bigger issue is when you ask for manager 3x & they refuse to come to your table & treat your waitress like that telling her if she voids or changes anything she responsible for cash difference & cost her a $10+ in tips is unacceptable in my book. She wasn't a bad waitres, she was under horrible management that should have fixed the issue. Never again will I return i will use my points at owasso location & my usually $100+ checks will go to another establishment. 3 mistakes by employees but im the one who got yelled at by waitress who was in distress because her manager wont fix a issue just wow
