I came by this past Saturday and ordered an Egg White meal and two extra entrees. The young lady that took my order I thought heard what I wanted. I received my food and my Egg White entrees were made with biscuits instead of muffins. Poor customer service.

On a bus trip and we stopped here for lunch. This Chick-fil-A was very well organized and got our food out to us quick and it was hot and delicious. The manager was a very nice gentleman and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was delivered properly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for delicious food, service and hospitality. The manager has a well organized team. This location should get 10 stars.

Richard was excellent on service. April was very uncommonly rude for chick fil a. Our ordered was around $79.00 dollar. One of my daughters decided after my order she wanted a Cobb salad with 2 each Italian dressing and 2 each of balsamic dressing and she would pay extra for the extra salad dressing. April said NO. My daughter said I will pay extra for the extra salad dressing thinking maybe April didn't hear her. April still said NO!!! She said she was the manager and it was store policy. So my daughter said then I don't want anything. It took Richard (another store employee) who asked if we were good when we were sitting down eating and one of the gentlemen that were with the family outing to talk to Richard and get the situation fixed. April still said, that she would do it this time but not in the future. You got Miss April. You will never see us in the future. Richard was extremely polite and apologetic. Thank you Richard .
I’ve always been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. Typically the food is hot and service is outstanding. However this was not my experience at this location on 12/5/25. Food wasn’t hot at all. My cheese on my sandwich wasn’t melted at all. Disappointed. I know they can’t always get it right and I understand that. I’m hoping a manager will see my review and try and make it right. Hopefully this is a one off experience with this location. Nothin better than spending 10$ on a couple cold chicken sandwiches. Gotta love that.

Really nice courteous and pleasant staff at the counter and diligent staff working in ALL areas needed to keep the place neat maintain cleanliness in the entire restaurant. Food and fries exactly as I requested. Frequently came around to check on customers and to make sure that we had everything we needed and to make sure our experience there was pleasant. CLEAN restaurant and CLEAN bathrooms. It is very obvious the manager of this location cares about and is very invested in the community and the local schools. There were evidences of small courtesies and things offered and done at this restaurant that were voluntary and not required—things that are rarely seen in other locations; but these stand out as a regular occurrence here at this location. Truly kind helpful staff and service. I wish all locations could boast this.
