So I'm not usually one to complain but I did have an issue with the fact that when the cow came out he gave few select kids a little plush cow but when the other kids saw it they all wanted one and instead of giving one to each little kid the ones they didn't hand them to had to pay almost $6 for one

I tried the grilled chicken sandwich and saw they had grilled nuggets... I thought they were a little slimy... Next time I will get their regular sandwiche and pass on the nuggets...

We live in owasso, and we drive to this Chick-fil-A 90% of the time. The service is 10/10. Friendliness is 10/10. They always go above and beyond and are so kind! Hands down best Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Wish owasso Chick-fil-A would take notes.
Had their Cobb Salad. Was impressed with how fresh the greens were! That's a real plus for me. Service is always good, too.

If I could give the service a 25 star rating, I would. We brought a large group of 37 here and they had us in, ordered, and sat in 20 minutes, with the food continuously coming out. They were kind, efficient, and respectful. Over all I would give my experience a 5 star.

Really nice servers, one stood out to me though, Kemper. He was nice and made a few jokes. Although he seemed very new he was still very nice.
I did an online order on Valentine’s Day, in that order, I got a heart shaped pan of minis. Apparently that’s off the cater menu.. so, I was asked if I’d like a free gallon of key lime (I think) lemonade because of a promotion! I said oh yeah! Sure! She said you want lite or regular? I said regular! I went on about my day. I realized that I was charged $12 for this lemonade. I guess when I said regular she typed in a regular lemonade and so the promo didn’t work. Nbd… I called the store. Spoke to Andrew (I think?) and he said he would reverse that charge. Today’s the 27th and I was officially charged $41 for my order, not getting lemonade for free. I guess next time I won’t be participating in the promo.
Otherwise, awesome location.. which is why they get a 5.. but man, that “free lemonade” wasn’t in our budget that day.

made a online order at 7:20 get there at 7:25 drive all the way there 20 minutes away just to tell me there closed and wasted my time… if your closed then don’t except online orders… didn’t even offer anything and said they have nothing left… i’m sure you had something left but the staff wanted to take it home
