Waited for 15 min to get in the restroom. While it was supposed to be being cleaned. Finally used the men's room. Then a young girl came up and removed the sign and barrier giggled and walked away saying oh I forgot. Very frustrating.
I have always like chick-fil-A but today was a disappointment. My friend had a salad and seemed to like it. I had the chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Here was the problem: The sandwich and fries were tightly wrapped in bags so it was like eating steamed food. The fries had no color and werent crisp. It seemed the sandwich and fries had been sitting there for a couple of hours.
