I used to love their coffee but then they got employees that can’t follow a recipe and the coffee has no flavor! Tried again after 6 months hoping they had changed but nope again disappointed in the coffee!! Claremore really needs a decent coffee place!

Drove alllll the way out here just to say "no we're closing" tells 5 cars to go home then proceeded to make 2 drink orders HAHAHA claremore is a joke.

Waited in line for 30 minutes while four cars jumped in front of me in the other line. How is that fair? Either close the other line or have someone manage it. Coffee wasn't even still hot by the time I FINALLY got it. Not cool. Definitely going to Starbucks next time instead.

As always, DB has great, friendly customer service and decent priced, delicious drinks. This place is always busy with long lines! They need more locations!

I waited in line for almost 40 minutes for one drink are you kidding me they got through maybe 5 cars in that time. Slowest Dutch bros ever and is about to make me late because excuse me for thinking a drink wouldn’t take 40 minutes. Very upset currently still waiting

So slow you guys come out to take orders and still takes everybody 10 minutes to get there drink when they pull up to the window and then the coffee is burnt these kids need to be trained and supervised

I continue to try to give this place a chance but it’s so bad every time. I’ve never had so much burnt coffee until this place opened. Everyone needs to be retrained. I watched the girl with dyed red hair pull 2 shots and then proceed to take our order, only to go back and pour those shots into our drinks after they had been sitting already “dead.” And she poured so much caramel sauce into our drinks. If I wanted extra I would ask but it was excessive and a terrible drink. The lack of training or care shows. I was barista these past 2 years and I’m not picky about drinks usually, but this place just does an awful job.

Just left the drive-through at Dutch Brothers in Claremore Oklahoma. Will not be going back employees had music so freaking loud that they couldn’t hear we couldn’t hear when I asked him to turn it down. They said we can hear you just fine. I have super sonic hearing. Staff came off as pompous I won’t go back

Definitely not a coffee place. Coffee isnt even on the menu.
Fruity drinks and mixes. Be prepared to spend 30-40 minutes in line. Wasn't bad. Just not my thing. I'm a coffee lover and this left me under impressed. The staff however are amazing. The line system sucks.

I love the drinks but I don't think I will go back. I sat in line for over 30 minutes while the (children) employees chatted with their friends while the rest of us had to wait. Usually there is more than one friend too. I talked to corporate about this and thought maybe it will get better but nope. I can't sit in line with my car off in the heat. So, my time is waisted my patience is tested, and my gasoline is depleted for what? A drink that costs too much after all is said and done. My one treat I allow myself ruined. ?

kind of irritated. i ordered 3 things online through the app and chose to pick up in the drive thru. when i got there, i was told i need to choose drive thru and not walk up if im going to be in the drive thru, once i showed her i did choose drive up, she laughed it off. don’t understand the big deal on that but then a boy brought my drinks out and it didn’t have the soft top that i ordered. i told him this and he went back in and then told me that it was gonna be $2.18 which i then said i already paid for it on my app and had to show my proof. why is it so difficult to order some damn coffee? and it didn’t even have all the extra stuff i added to it. disappointed.
