This place is so wishy washy on how your drinks turn out. I ordered a manganda when it first came out it seemed like the first month it had strawberries in it and then after that they quit and I asked why they said it never had it (talk about being gaslit). That's not the only drink but it's most recent.

Ordered my drink and had to wait about 20 minutes for it to come to out. I was in line for 7 minutes with no progress, pulled around to the window, and had to wait another 10 minutes. A line formed behind me and they got their drinks sooner than I did.

We drove through. The staff are always super friendly and our drinks were very good.

None of the baristas seem to care about the customers and my drink seems to be made incorrectly time and time again :( the only time I have had a good experience at Dutch bros is with one certain barista, Reese, who I haven’t seen their as of recently. Very disappointing that only one employee knows how to treat customers and can make a good drink.

I was in the other day and heard one of the older guys in there cussing and being a bit rude to the other employees. I heard someone else call him Frankie so i would bet that's his name. It was just completely inappropriate like where was the manager??

A whole line of cars outside.. 10+. There are several employees inside.. why is no one taking orders to help ease the flow? Why would you guys want people waiting 30+ minutes to take a coffee order? Get out of the 250 sq foot shop and take orders like they do at EVERY DUTCH BROS LOCATION but not this one.

Slowest dutch bros in america. If you are on a time crunch go to Starbucks. These kids stand around vhit chatting instead of making orders. Order ahead 30 minutes or you will still have to wait that long.

Me and my husband are here 6 days a week! Always greeted by the guys who work the open shift and they always know our order before we order. Today they started my husbands order as soon as they seen our car! Morning crew definitely kills it everyday!!

I used to love their coffee but then they got employees that can’t follow a recipe and the coffee has no flavor! Tried again after 6 months hoping they had changed but nope again disappointed in the coffee!! Claremore really needs a decent coffee place!

Drove alllll the way out here just to say "no we're closing" tells 5 cars to go home then proceeded to make 2 drink orders HAHAHA claremore is a joke.
