This location has really went down hill. the original crew was amazing and they have had great workers here and there, but it is always new faces and even the current experienced ones do not make drinks correctly. my husband orders with almond milk and they always make it incorrectly. mind you he is severely allergic to milk. I myself order sugar free and pay extra for extra shots, both additions are never made. it's like they just read the name of the drink and not what you actually ordered. laziness. I just had to trash drinks again. Honestly I have only been to Starbucks once in my life and have visited this dutch bros multiple times a week since they opened this location. I will be looking in to figuring out the Starbucks menu that has always confused me so I can switch to them I guess. 😂

The last 4-5 times that I have visited (I order daily and mobile order) my mobile order had not been started. I typically order up to 30 minutes early and I’ve had to wait longer than 10 minutes for all the walk up orders to be taken and served. I order early so that way I can walk up get my drink and go to work. I love the coffee but not loving having to wait for a mobile order that was ordered 30 minutes before I even got there to only wait an additional 10 minutes for it..

it’s not the drinks, it’s the service that sucks. 30+ minutes for 1 medium chai. i understand it can get busy but this happens almost every time i go to this location no matter the time.

WORST Dutch bros I’ve ever been too. Not friendly at all and I’ve been severely disappointed with every drink I’ve ordered from there. All have been severely melted or watery, basically juice, even when asked for hand blended or extra thick. Never going to this one again.

The coffee drinks do not taste like coffee

This place is so wishy washy on how your drinks turn out. I ordered a manganda when it first came out it seemed like the first month it had strawberries in it and then after that they quit and I asked why they said it never had it (talk about being gaslit). That's not the only drink but it's most recent.

Ordered my drink and had to wait about 20 minutes for it to come to out. I was in line for 7 minutes with no progress, pulled around to the window, and had to wait another 10 minutes. A line formed behind me and they got their drinks sooner than I did.

None of the baristas seem to care about the customers and my drink seems to be made incorrectly time and time again :( the only time I have had a good experience at Dutch bros is with one certain barista, Reese, who I haven’t seen their as of recently. Very disappointing that only one employee knows how to treat customers and can make a good drink.
