El Azteca Mexican Restaurant- Claremore

The food was authentic, outstanding quality! I had the “Pollo Norteno” … it as amazing!!! Everyone was so very kind. The most enjoyable dining experience we’ve had in sometime.

This is our first visit to El Azteca, we were in town and decided to give it a try.
We were seated immediately, and Manuel, our server, had our drinks and chips and salsa out within a few minutes. He was back within 5 minutes to take our order.
The chips were frsh and crispy with a good flavor. Salsa was ok, but the spicy salsa is worth asking for. It was delicious and had a decent heat to it.
I ordered a tamale with red sauce and refried beans. This was definitely one of the best tamales I've ever had.
My husband ordered an El Pastor taco. They were delicious, and portion sizes were plenty.
We were pleasantly surprised, and Manuel was an amazing server who hustled the whole evening.

This place was near our hotel. We dashed over as March madness games were coming on. Well they didn’t disappoint! FAST FAST FAST to go service there were diners but we saw door dash and another pick up order Friendly and professional staff Cowboy burrito great huge portions and fajitas were great- chicken shrimp and beef. Tortillas and chips were given as well. Sauce ok. Appreciate the bonus of Alaska airlines miles! Win. This restaurant was by the La Quintas hotel just incase there are more than one location

If you go here, don't ever look in the kitchen.

Have them wait to bag your pickup order or make them go through it and rebag before leaving. Of the numerous Mexican restaurants in this town you all are one of the better ones... but lord how hard is it to get an order right? You had 2 cars in your front lot yesterday afternoon and still got my order jacked up. Jusy wish I could say this was the first time!

This place is a scam do they tell you the kids meal is free when it is really not and they give you a receipt without a breakdown so you don't question it do they math and they still charge you. What a scam why can you be honest with people. This place deserves to be shut down.

I went to my friends wedding in September, and El Azteca did the catering.
We live in Tulsa, but we told ourselves that next time we are in Claremore, we will stop in and grab a bite, so we did. It was even better than we hoped. Our middle never eats when we go to restaurants, and as you can see in the picture, she was loving it. We will be back 100%

The food was okay. The queso is bland, as are the chips and salsa. I had a chicken chimi and it didn't seem to have any seasoning. The beef enchilada was just hamburger meat, no seasoning.

This place is so good if you are in a rush you should come here because the drinks come out fast so does the food and the food is really good I do recommend!!!!
