The staff made use wait 30 min to in 1 hour and still did not give us are food and then they did not talk to us and take 30 min to answer the phone and then never gave are food and are money back at all.

Discusting store!!! Rude staff!! The staff can't seem to get any order right and food was under cooked. The staff ignores all customers inside for the drive through. Can't get in contact with customer service and staff can't refund online orders that the app messes up it did not add the free bucket.

Ordered online and the free bucket was not added. When I tried to get it fixed they ignored me completely for an hour then took my food and told me I have to call customer service to get a refund the inside looks disgusting and all of the staff were rude several people complained that the food was under cooked and they did not get their order right. The customer service number does not answer.

I dont leave bad reviews to be rude. But the lady up front was rude whenever I told her my order was incorrect fries were stale and cold. I ordered the pot pie and didn't receive it overall bad experience

When did u guys make drive thru more important then the walk in. The workers said can't help u until drive thru is done. This establishment is a joke to this company. Or is it the new rules now.they don't have the act together. Never eat there again !!!!

Could you please get the correct address on your doordash orders. The address your store has in doordash is incorrect causing issues with food being delivered in a timely manner. I have talked to doordash and they said you need to contact them and fix it. Please get this done ASAP.

I went recently and ordered a nugget meal and a pot put after I got the food the nuggets were no bigger than the end of ur pinky and the pot pie was caved in with barely any filling in the center which I looked at soon as I got in my car which I'm glad I did so I IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE FOOD BACK IN, AND NOT TO MY SURPRISE THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THIS SPECIFIC RESTAURANT LITERALY GO INTO AND ARGUING MATCH!!!! HE WOULD NOTTTT GIVE MY MONEY WOULD NOT!!! SO I CALLED 1800KFC AND NOT MORE THAN 1 HOUR LATER THE CORPORATE MANGER CALLED ME AND ASKED ME ABOUT THE SITUATION EXPLAING THAT ITS THERE POLICY TO GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU ASK AND HAVNT TOUCHED OR DONT WANT YHE FOOD THEY GIVE YOU, I WAS VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE LADY WHO TOOK MY COMPLAINT AND THE BIG BOSS WHO WENT INTO ACTION IMMEDIATELY. I HAVNT BEEN BACK SINCE THIS INCIDENT A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HONESTLY WITH THE FOOD AND SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS LOCATION I WONT GO BACK TO THIS KFC MOST DEFINITELY.. what's the craziest to me Is that the less than 20 dollars I wanted back wasn't even that much I don't understand why that (((((general manger))))) at Claremore ok Acted the way and treated me the way he did, and if he don't know the companies policy's he shouldn't be general manager that's crazy 😧😧

I placed an online order. When I went to the drive thru to pick it up (which has a huge bump right at the window) they gave me my drinks and then had me pull around to the front of the store to wait. To me this is weird because it was an online order set for 6pm it should be ready to go. I was even 5 minutes past pick up time. They have me wait almost 10 minutes before I call inside the store to ask about the order to which I really believe they forgot me. A employee comes out finally give me my order and I go home. Home is 25 minutes away. One of the boxes is missing a thigh. Both boxes did not get the biscuit. This is just ridiculous. I gave two stars for the food we did get. You need to do better.

Stores not supposed to close till 10 I got there at nine there was one person they’re working and instead of saying that he was by herself he made the comment that somebody came 10 minutes ago and told him out at everything and they have no food! I hate a lazy

Placed an online order an hour in advance. When I arrived, they had not started the order. Took them 5-10 minutes to complete the order. The chicken tenders and nuggets are small in comparison to any other restaurant. The food itself wasn't bad, but nothing great. The service was a typical nonchalant attitude. They blamed the order not being done on time because of "the system."
Oddly enough, the system worked fine a few weeks ago when I used the online ordering.
