This place is very disappointing and I will not eat here as long as the current manager is in her position. Given her many chances, however, she has no customer service skills and always gets my order wrong or it's cold. I went in this evening because my son loves their pizza. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without an acknowledgment from any employee. One even came up to put part of an order in the pickup cabinet. The manager in question was in the back saw me through the oven glass acted like she didn't see me and kept working with a line of people waiting to have their orders taken.

I got bacon puffs that are as flat as your thin crust pizza... it's a puff not pita bread..

Two pizzas took over an hour and a half. They got defensive and argumentative to a customer because they had a large online order. One was wearing shorts and neither wore gloves or used measurements for topping pizzas.

Good pizza at a good price! My wife loves the crazy puffs. Fast service too.

Kid-friendliness: Took my grandson with me to pick up the pizza and the lady gave him a pack of cookies.

Don't order online, Doordash drivers will miss your house and deliver to someone else and at that point you can't call Ceasars you have to talk to doordash and doordash will reject your refund because they lie and say they gave it to you by hand. Save the money and get it yourself.

I gave them a 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. This place is horrible. The costumer service is always lacking and tonight my pizza dough was still raw inside the crust. Not surprised. Just wish there was a reliable little cesars that was closer to go to other than the one on Will Rogers.

Absolutely horrendous pizza slicing I have ever witnessed, all 3 of my pizzas looked like they was cut by a 3 year old, I'm never ordering pizza at this location again and I advise yall don't aswell

The last 2 times I went to little Caesars my pizza dough was raw now today all 3 of my pizzas looked like they were cut by a kindergarten. I do believe they are supposed to be 8 semi similar cuts but I got 9-10 cuts and 1 i belive had 4 sides instead of 3.
