Lyons Den Bar & Grill

Food was blah, service not spectacular. They were having a rough time of it, and they knew it. We were patient. They did comp the ticket with a discount, and we did not even ask for it. But, the group I was with, all parties included, decided it is probably not on a return visit list. Might be just a bad day and all, So may be great like others say on a different day.

Mariah, Brooke and Meighen are killer hosts ! We loved the vibe, food and drinks. Definitely a Place to put in full rotation! Thank you crew !

First visit. No wait and comfortable seating for a big guy. Catfish came highly recommended and was absolutely delicious. Really great food with a ton of excellent sides. Cocktails were perfect. Waitress was a sweetheart. Price wasn’t bad at all for the experience. We left 3 sheets with full bellies for under 60 bucks. 10 out of 10!

The alcohol might be worthy but I can’t say as I don’t drink. The atmosphere is loud sports bar type without the multitude of TV’s with sports channels. The food we had was the worst food that I have eaten in years. We ordered the corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots. My plate was covered generously in huge cubes of potatoes that were cold and some still partially frozen. There was less than a tablespoon of corned beef cut up very fine on the plate. The cabbage was extremely sparse as was the carrots but as I mentioned cold partially frozen potatoes covered the plate. The waitress was extremely overwhelmed with the large number of patrons vs the number of customers. We asked for extra napkins twice and never received any. I ask for a cup of ice water to drink so I could take medication and she gave me a cup of ice. As I mentioned she was overwhelmed. The waitress brought out extra tea once to fill our glasses and a lot of the tea ended up on my personal items and the seat next to me. The wait staff for the most part are dressed more bar room atmosphere instead of being professionally dressed. If you want to drink, be loud and don’t care about the quality of the food served this might be your go to place. I guess I can say tonight I was at this place twice, my first time as well as my last time because there are quality places to eat in Claremore, Oklahoma and this isn’t one of them.

Fish was exceptional, steak wasn’t flavorful but is done perfectly. Onion strings are greasy.Tucson veggies are great. Tartar sauce is blah, don’t bother.love the hush puppies. Baked potato is pretty good. Coleslaw is fresh and tasty. The Decor is horrible! What look were you going for? We hate the loud country music! Why would you put a pool table in the main room? Server was friendly but slow to take our order. It’s a shame.

Couples date night! Atmosphere is laid back, music wasn't too loud so we could talk. Stuffed mushrooms are a MUST! I had the cat fish, it was white, flaky and perfect! We are planning on making this our regular place. See you there!!

Been here 3 times now: The prime rib and the catfish are delish, the staff needs a little more training and maturity. You shouldn't be playing pool with your boyfriend while my table is seating itself and waiting to be served, that reflects on the tip. But the food is absolutely excellent.

Not that I had set high expectations for bar food (chicken was lackluster at best) When I informed the server that he had scuttled down the wall I was met with “eww that’s gross” aaahh yes a kindred spirit. While I’m all for “farm to table” I’d rather not hunt anything during my meal. Lyons den should call Orkin asap because that Roach was giving me some “I’d like to use your phone” vibes.

Ok great prime rib, but your always out your always out of other stuff also you literally cooked the best steak in town nobody else ever gets a bloody rare steak right they bring it out medium then go oh you really want it rare $40 for steak then its not right every where else, you cooked it right so you should have more than 8 ounce sirloin, be in stock lots of people in town have said great place but when they come here and being told your out of everything they like to eat so they don't come back l.

First visit but certainly won’t be our last. Your lucky is Kailea waits on you. Personality plus with an good knowledge of the menu. Start out with good Irish shots. Fish and chips good, bangers and mash good but I really enjoyed the Irish Wolfhounds. Everything was fresh and tasty, especially the cole slaw. I can hardly wait to return

Food was great, service was horrible. Me and my mom came in today and ordered food along with a margarita. The server got my mom’s burger wrong the first time. Then when it was time to pay, she shorted me on money. She knew she did too. She pocketed all of my change and just gave me the bills she owed me. Me and my mom were going to tip her $7 a piece. After that, we tipped her $3 a piece. So she missed out on $14. This was my first time here, and the service makes me not want to return.

Nice bar and grill. A billard table. Young folks. Pretty waitress's. I'll come back. Friendly atmosphere.

7pm, How embarrassing to stand at front door 15 min never noticed then after going to the bar we were told they would not be taking anymore customers tonight? Pretty sad way to manage a restaurant. There were 3 tables open. 4 others told the same. Had heard how good the food and service was, we wont waste our time or your again.

Delicious food and generous portions. Their fries are perfectly crispy and tasty. The catfish is delicious. The Bologna sandwich is awesome. They also have a good beer selection. I definitely recommend!

Great food. Great atmosphere.
