Some of the staff is very kind and genuine, so I appreciate that! However, they have seriously neglected the most important thing: the food!!! Not all bad all the time but more than half the time the order is either wrong or the food is poorly prepared. Tonight, for example, my quarter pounder with cheese was okay, but my small fry was totally INEDIBLE! Stale as a rock :( it should not have been served and that was very clear from the coloring before I even touched them. I get that it’s just fast food, but it should still be held to a standard of being edible.

Multiple orders through DoorDash have been shorted food. When called about it the lady on the phone used the excuse that she would “go over the training for DoorDash again”. What training?!??! How hard is it to read the tag on the bag?? Get it together McDonald’s on Main Street or hire better.

To the person that was complaining about the hiring process and the Gm being snooty and if she didn’t have to deal with idiots like you on a daily/hourly basis she probably would be a lot warmer and not to mention you have no idea what goes on in people’s lives it could have just been a day for her I mean if she was rude I doubt she would be a Gm for place that values customer service like McDonald’s definitely does. And this is by far the best McDonald’s in Roger’s or Tulsa county

Tried to get hired here and they kept scheduling me an interview for Fridays around 3-4PM & both times I came both Fridays just to be told the GM isn’t there. Then when the GM tried calling me I blocked her and canceled my interview because she was extremely snotty and rude. Do not recommend working here either. They tried RESCHEDULING me AGAIN for a 3rd Friday. Both times I went it said it would be a 30min in person interview and it was just me signing a paper full of my information… Sketchy and awful service to even possible future employees❗️?

It took over a half hour for my sandwich and fries and a shake. Then someone took it when I went to go check my kids and had to leave the counter area.So they remade my order, but gave me the wrong sandwich!! There was nothing on the chicken! No lettuce or pickles or even mayo. Just chicken and a bun.Dissatisfaction is an understatement.Honestly the only decent thing is the kids mask comes with a toy and there's a playground indoors for the kids.Parking: Can be a bit tight with the drive through line but there's a lot of spots.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and indoor kids play area.
