No filet fish cause they decided to clean the grease right at lunch. Then I asked for hot fudge Sunday EXTRA fudge and what did I get a few drops I asked she said rudely it is extra. I said yeah ok. If I paid for it I should get it and if she's going to be rude like that then she needs another job

This is honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. There was people in line waiting to order and no one was helping them the whole time we were there. When the guy brought us our food he didn’t say one word and I needed sauce but there was too many people waiting to line to order food so I just grabbed some sauce myself… I will not be coming back here

Great but they forgot my boyfriends bacon on his double qtr pounder bacon burger They also over cooked mt nuggets . But they are usually okay !

Order was completely wrong and it took forever to get. Then they forget the other order I had completely and had to physically bring my receipt in to prove I was not lying apparently. Good lord this place needs to pay better to get better employees.

My family and I dined here for lunch and over all it was definitely not satisfying. The food arrived cold for the length of time I had to wait on it. The service was slow but at least sincere. And the location itself is lifeless. It feels like a jail cell in the lobby no decorations no photos nothing fun it's horrible. I would not recommend this location!

If this is the location I go to everyday sometimes twice a day, my gets a Carmel frappe 2-3 times a day and they either skim him on the amount it will like two inches from the top and then yesterday the girl that couldn't hardly speak English to me kept arguing with me because now they are skimping on the carmal on top which mind you he does not get whip cream and he is about to stop buying our work lunch lunch there because of it, they e been giving me a hard time about my points and now half the time I don't even get them which I cant get it to work most of the time anyway. Oh and anyway I'm diabetic and so she was upset because I made her a lil more carmal on it than that so sheade me wait like 10 min and then didn't nring.my diet Dr pepper and when someone else finally did it wasn't diet which they have done numerous times amd I am a severe diabetic amd I've told them this I've been going in there at least once a day for years. I couldn't drink it or I would've been sick, so we and my work orders r fixing to go somewhere else if they don't start making this right!! It is too expensive anymore... Thank you

Ordered a Quarter pounder meal. I guess they ran out of normal buns and replaced them with two circles slices of bread, but I wish they said something.
