04/04/2025 at 5:06pm, we put in a mobile order for curbside. We waited a long time and all of sudden the app said that the order was delivered to me. I did not receive anything. A worker came outside and I spoke to her. She kept shrugging her shoulders and said she has only worked there for a week and she doesn’t know. Went inside to talk to a manager. Stood at the counter and got ignored by workers.

Went two days in row for this new upcoming McDonald's Toy theme happy meal was very excited to get it both days both times I went it took them over 20 mins each time to get the food to me well i figured I would go inside to see if I can switch my toy out granted they told me no which i understand if they cant switch it but I waited inside for 15 mins before they even noticed me while two workers clearly seen me waiting out the counter it took a guy who was doing grub hub to come in for them to go to the counter I worked fast food before I'm usually pretty understanding but this is just embarrassing I will not be coming back to this location and I have been here many many times.....

I made an online order 5 minutes prior to arriving to see an empty drive through, yet was made to wait another 5-10 minutes after arriving awaiting for my food.

Failure to accurately take order on multiple occasions.. need to fix drive through communication.
It took awhile to get my food, they were super short and hateful and when I was asking for sauce the girl just shut the window in my face. The fries weren’t even filled up in the box and the sprite wasn’t either
