7 wings delivered… Poor, very poor!

Soooo I wasn't going to complain but oh my lanta! Please do better next time Papa John's. It costed us $45 and gave a decent tip. Our pizzas got dropped or something and then the dough was raw and also the pizza wasn't cut properly because the DOUGH WAS RAW. I never complain but this was something to speak out about. We did get a full refund but that's not the point.

They forget my sauce almost every single time. Food is good when fresh and delivered on time which almost never happens. Every time that I order carry out, I’ll get a message saying my order is ready for pick up and then end up waiting another 5+ minutes when I get to the store. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

The pizza is good, but the service is awful. Twice now I’ve placed an order and got a call saying it’ll be a two-hour wait — or I can cancel. Another time, no call at all, just a 1 hour 45 minute delivery. And if you cancel? It takes 5–7 days to get your money back. Today I’m sick and just wanted a pizza, but instead got more of the same. This isn’t a one-time fluke — it keeps happening. They seriously need to get it together.

Ordered off the app, same address as always, and it was excessively late. I call, and they have given my pizza to someone else. Kids are hungry and now upset. This is the third chance on a bad order issue I’ve given them. No more ordering their pizza. Which is sad because the pizza is good, but there delivery has major issues.

We ordered carry out on Dec 19th for ourselves and grandkids. It was a large pepperoni and cheese, a small Alfredo cheese and bread sticks. There was no Alfredo sauce on the small pizza, the bread sticks were round hard pieces that looked more like bagets! They put 1 small marinara sauce and 2 small garlic sauces in the bag. Our grandkids couldn’t even bite into the bread sticks. We ended up throwing them and the “Alfredo “ pizza in the trash. The pepperoni pizza only had a few pepperoni on it but at least it was edible! Worst food ever, will NEVER order from them again and warn others!!!!
