Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza is good, but the service is awful. Twice now I’ve placed an order and got a call saying it’ll be a two-hour wait — or I can cancel. Another time, no call at all, just a 1 hour 45 minute delivery. And if you cancel? It takes 5–7 days to get your money back. Today I’m sick and just wanted a pizza, but instead got more of the same. This isn’t a one-time fluke — it keeps happening. They seriously need to get it together.

Ordered off the app, same address as always, and it was excessively late. I call, and they have given my pizza to someone else. Kids are hungry and now upset. This is the third chance on a bad order issue I’ve given them. No more ordering their pizza. Which is sad because the pizza is good, but there delivery has major issues.

We ordered carry out on Dec 19th for ourselves and grandkids. It was a large pepperoni and cheese, a small Alfredo cheese and bread sticks. There was no Alfredo sauce on the small pizza, the bread sticks were round hard pieces that looked more like bagets! They put 1 small marinara sauce and 2 small garlic sauces in the bag. Our grandkids couldn’t even bite into the bread sticks. We ended up throwing them and the “Alfredo “ pizza in the trash. The pepperoni pizza only had a few pepperoni on it but at least it was edible! Worst food ever, will NEVER order from them again and warn others!!!!

Papa's is always a solid bet. Consistently good. Garlic butter should be given as a side at every restaurant!

Called to place delivery order. I never can understand the person taking my order. I tried to order a side salad and ask for ranch dressing and was told she couldn't change the order. When the pizza arrived, there was no side salad, but something I still don't know what it is. They never send cheese or pepper packets. I don't know of one U S. born teenager that would decline this job. And I called the phone number to our local store.

The two fellas working the night of the 29th July were ON THEIR GAME! BEST pizza I've had from there in a long time!! Very nice..was a pleasant experience!!

The young lady manager/cook was great. Food was delicious and well prepared…I watched her. She also told me about the “pizza in a bowl”. I’m a low carb eater so it was perfect for me.

Haven't ordered pizza there in years but I thought I would try it again but I guess they have to keep up their reputation and I ordered a simple pepperoni medium pizza "supposedly their best" and got a nasty cheese pizza with no cheese and a medium sausage pizza that I broke a tooth on with a rock in it and that's from Claremore Ok store so be careful and I should have went to Dom

Poor customer service and wrong oder

From out of town, in visiting and placed an online order for pickup. No issues other than they couldn't find our order, however it was where it was supposed to be, he just over looked it. Panicked for a second since we got the notification it was done.Pizza was good, no issues. We ordered three. Prices were better than our local pizza places where we live. We were happy and if we're back that way, we'd order again.
