I called ahead to make sure they were open. Tried to get in the front door it was locked. Onto the side door came inside and told him their doors were locked and he tried to sit me down and then told me that the lobby was closed. Does this make any sense to anyone?

Delivered the wrong order after 45 min waited another hour for the correct order. Almost two hours for one pizza and 6 wings. Still not here. Not happy

HORRIBLE. Driver had a flat and order was almost an hour late. Food was cold and soggy. They called me like 10 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive to let me know the driver had a flat and it would be another 20-30 minutes before it would arrive and I expressed my concern of it being cold on arrival. He advised that I call back if that was the case and they would either remake the order or give me a credit for my next order. About 20 minutes after that call, I called to get an ETA on my order and was on hold for over 15 minutes and then my order arrived, LATE, COLD AND SOGGY. And no one ever answered my call and at that point it was less that half an hour before they closed. HORRIBLE experience. Cold, Late, SOGGY food, no one answering my call, ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE during the whole experience. I also had used some of my Hut Rewards Points, which were wasted as well and being out of pocket for the order. It was a disgusting and disgraceful experience. I only gave the 1 star so I could leave a review. It didn't even deserve THAT star.

I just wanted to say that I am speechless after tonight's order from pizza hut my food was spot on hot and fresh when it got to my house and it only took like 20 minutes to get here. The chicken wings were steaming hot when I opened them and the pizza was hot and very fresh, kudos to the crew there tonight and the manager this experience tonight made me believe in pizza hut again.
Never got my pizza after waiting an hour. They apparently never even got the order I paid for online. We were refunded. But with the LACK of customer service from the employees leaves me regretting ever ordering in the first place. Will never be back.

Horrible experience! Tried calling in for carry out order 3 times and I was placed on hold to transfer to the actual store. The first 2 times I was on hold approx 10 minutes before the phone disconnected. The 3rd attempt...well....I am currently on hold for 41minutes. I have actually already sent my daughter up to the store and she gave up after waiting approx 5 minutes of nobody even acknowledging she was there. I guess I can get off hold now and figure out something else to feed the kids tonight.
Saw buffet in photos. Went in to find out they haven’t had a buffet or salad bar since 2020.

I haven't eaten there lately is the lunch buffet still missing from the menu? If so they should place tombstones around the building to complete the no customers theme.
