I haven't eaten there lately is the lunch buffet still missing from the menu? If so they should place tombstones around the building to complete the no customers theme.
Had a delivery order. They sent it to the wrong place and instead of contacting me, they gave my number to the guy they delivered it to and he called to let us know they were going to redo the order. They gave my contact information to a stranger.

I order from here all the time. I usually order the same thing EVERYTIME. I have a problem when the manager tries to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about....I know what comes on a super supreme....pizza hut does not I called about my pizza and was told I didn't know what I was talking about my super supreme had 4 toppings and she tried to convince me that was a super supreme, accused me of lying, she was very disrespectful. Got my right pizza finally we got to eat. I was sick the next day...so you tell me what's going on.

Arrived 3 min early based on estimate of readiness. Sat waiting for car 2 ahead for 8 min. They did not make the car pull ahead. Next car had waited and their pizza was done. I made comment and Hailey said “I was on break”. Apparently she is the only one knows how to run the window. HOWEVER. NO APOLOGY. Just an excuse. Pulled up bc my pizza was not done. Got 5 min later. It was cold so I think she just did not like my comments. Rude 2x
Ordered a pizza, 2 melts hot wings and bacon cheese sticks. The pizza,wasn't too bad. One of the 2 melts had NO meat or cheese. Just had sauce on it. The wings were terrible. Breadsticks had hardly any bacon or cheese on it. We have been Pizza Hut customers for years. We had problems with our order the last two times. I hope the get it together and start making better products or they are loosing our business.

Ordered a meat lovers with extra meat and added veggies. Pizza was soggy and there was no extra meat, it looked and tastes like someone’s else’s reject or made the wrong pizza for someone else and we got it since it only took 12 minutes until our pizza was ready after ordering on the app!!

They were very busy and everyone was hustling with the exception of one person. Of the 2 young girls working the front, I heard one say her name was Katie, and she was running around doing everything while the other one barely moved and almost seemed annoyed by the volume of customers. Maybe tonight was her first night. But even if you're new somewhere, you should still smile at customers.

Placed an online order 20 minutes in advance before I needed to pick up my lunch. Got there exactly when it was supposed to be ready. Was told that they were short staffed and that I needed to pull up front…….waited an additional 15 minutes, to go in, only find out that it was gonna be seven MORE minutes so…… I don’t get to eat lunch today.
Won’t be going back. Businesses Need to learn to have better customer service. And stop throwing out excuses
11/6/24 I ordered while I was still in Tulsa. I drove to Claremore on highway 66. It took me 40 minutes. I got there the sandwich I ordered was not ready so I paid for it and pulled forward to wait like they said. I was on the phone with my sister. I waited 45 minutes and no one brought me my sandwich. I had to walk in and ask for a refund. No apology just said we have new employees starting tonight. I would have understood if they were busy but they were not. My sandwich was sitting on a counter not even in a warmer. Yikes!

Placed my order at 506…..said it would be done and ready by 540…..it’s 619 and it’s STILL NOT READY!! I’m still waiting! Ridiculous!!
Vegetarian options: STAFF GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SERVE THIER COSTUMERS. ALWAYS CLEAN AND FOOD ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH.

I received great service last night, they were training a new employee in the night shift, (11/02/24) and she did great, and overall was happy with the service and food received.
Kid-friendliness: Nice clean dining room area with a lot of decorative memorabilia.

I hate leaving negative reviews but some places just don’t deserve good credit. Third time it’s taken over an hour and a half to get one pizza and an order of breadsticks. If you call and ask, you get major attitude or an excuse of “the tracker doesn’t correlate with in store time”.
Save your money. Dominos is down the street, has better deals, and their tracker actually works. Pizza Hut just isn’t even worth the business space anymore.

By far the worst pizza hut we have ever had I ordered online it charged my card but said something went wrong with order at the check out. Checked my account and it took the money and now they are saying I have to place it again and pay again I said I don't have the funds to do that and I need to feed my children and he basically said nothing he could do!
