Rude customer service pulled in. Pushed a button just to ask what time they opened. And the rude little car hop that was inside snapped at me and just said not opened, didn't give me a chance to talk. So I pushed the button again. Trying to be polite again. She yelled at me and said not opened. So then I pushed the button again simply asked for her name and asked to speak to a manager. She refused to give me her name and refused to tell me when a manager was coming in. She then snapped at me and said, what do you want? So I asked for her name again. She replied, I'm not telling you my name and then shut the button off.

Went by this Sonlc today to pick up an App Togo order. Shame on me for not sitting there & unwrapping the burgers to make sure they were right!
Both burgers were totally wrong as in not even close to what was ordered!
DO BETTER SONIC!!!!

no reason at all it should take so long to give me my food after it says it’s on the way and once they did bring it out, the little girl wanted to hand my drink to me and take my food and card back with her like I was gunna steal it? and then she wants to take 10 minutes just to bring my food and card back to me after it’s already been charged on my card. This place is absolutely crazy. I’m on my lunch break and it’s taking over 40 minutes just to get me my stuff!!!!

Came through drive through at 8pm on 0ct 2nd 2025, waited quite a long time ordered mozzarella sticks & onion rings (no marinara, asked fpr ranch no ranch) & a cheese burger & corn dog. & my cheese burger upon open had a full length hair all the way through it..

I ordered almost $50 worth of food 3 different items required sauce & they charged me for every sauce on the order after 2. That’s not 2 per item, it’s 2 per total order. When the order was eventually delivered the chocolate shake looked like chocolate milk & had to wait for it to be remade & the food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the money & wait. Not sure what’s wrong with the Sonic on Will Rogers Blvd. The one across town on Lynn Riggs seems to be better & the people are friendlier there too.

The app says the pretzel comes with one dipping sauce. I ordered two pretzels and when the carhop came I had to pay for the dipping sauce when the app says they come with one each. They need to update the app or stop charging customers.

My order has been messed up every time I have been here .I ordered door dash and the night shift at this location lacks the ability to pay attention to detail and when I called Jenny answered and was extremely unhelpful and rude .She said that it was usually door dashes problem. Door dash did not mess up our order Sonic did .They said they would fix it this time like she was pretty much impolite rude and lacked regard for customer satisfaction. The order that they gave me was wrong again and when I called back I was told that the General Manager was gone and they did not have any idea when she would return. I tried calling again today and they will not answer the phone .O called from my business line and as soon as She heard my voice I was hung up on .If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I will be contacting the franchise headquarters I am certain this is against company policy. #Unsatisfied

Ordered a croissant. Food was awful, bacon was soggy and the eggs were a weird yellow gray color - Carhop was very nice!
