The app says the pretzel comes with one dipping sauce. I ordered two pretzels and when the carhop came I had to pay for the dipping sauce when the app says they come with one each. They need to update the app or stop charging customers.
My order has been messed up every time I have been here .I ordered door dash and the night shift at this location lacks the ability to pay attention to detail and when I called Jenny answered and was extremely unhelpful and rude .She said that it was usually door dashes problem. Door dash did not mess up our order Sonic did .They said they would fix it this time like she was pretty much impolite rude and lacked regard for customer satisfaction. The order that they gave me was wrong again and when I called back I was told that the General Manager was gone and they did not have any idea when she would return. I tried calling again today and they will not answer the phone .O called from my business line and as soon as She heard my voice I was hung up on .If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I will be contacting the franchise headquarters I am certain this is against company policy. #Unsatisfied
Ordered a croissant. Food was awful, bacon was soggy and the eggs were a weird yellow gray color - Carhop was very nice!

This location is TERRIBLE. Every single time. First of all they have no idea how to wrap a burrito or a wrap. It’s not a taco. It’s supposed to be wrapped. Second, I don’t press the red button just for fun
They should keep the Picklerita slush year round
Grabbed a soda at Sonic during happy hour. Half-price drinks between 2 & 4 pm. Sonic is a drive-in. Drive up, push the button, and order, and a car hop brings out your order.

Worst Sonic I have ever ordered from, ordered 2 chicken items at 830 and know it needs to cook but after 12 minutes I call In and am told it takes 8 minutes to cook so I wait another 8 minutes to finally get order and neither chicken item was hot like it just came up so what took 20 minutes

Honestly this is probably the worst sonic in the state. Super long wait times, they are constantly clearing out orders without them actually being ready, and just yesterday they tried to give me drinks that where already given to someone else. I asked for them to be remade and they just went inside for a couple of minutes. I know they were not remade because the lids where already punctured by straws, and the receipt was crumpled from the previous person. Honestly makes me not even want to go to the other sonic in town either. When I called the store for a refund they gave me some flak before agreeing to refund the drinks as I just threw them away not being able to trust the restaurant anymore.

I wanted the old charcuterie with extra onions and lettuce. I was told they no longer make them. Some sonics do so I was disappointed. The young man was personable.

Its bad enough they gotten my order wrong last 2 visits. Today they couldn't even get a single drink order out even tho I was the only patron there. instead the carhop stands at the door with my drink for several minutes while laughing an playing with a co worker that jus got dropped off. I left without the drink I PAID for an made my drs app 2min late.

I pulled in to one of the sonic stalls and ordered on the app at 5:57. I then waited 30 minutes for my drinks and one corn dog after they brought me out melted drinks and ice cream and did not bring me my full order. She said she was going to go get more of my order And never came back and then waited another 20 minutes and had to call for a manager then after the manager came out and I explained the situation he proceeded to go inside and bring me out. My order completely made new and proceeded to give it to me. I did not leave the sonic Parking lot until 6:50. The fact that I tipped and was patient and still had to wait almost a full hour for them to get my order correct and brought out to me is absurd. I watched as other people around me, got their orders in a quick timely fashion, and left several of which were bigger orders than mine. This was infuriating. and even after I got home, I noticed that some of the cups were smashed and leaking. I have worked at sonic before and I understand that there are stressful times and that sometimes it can be crowded. However, there is no reason to have an order be incorrect, and take an hour to make, especially when it is just drinks and an ice cream. The shift manager GAGE KEAHEY seem to be the only person who could get my stuff out to me in a timely manner and that is after I had to call him out and directly talk to him he seems to be a great manager, and he did a great job with the situation sonic needs to make it very clear to their coworkers and their workers that this is unacceptable. This is the kind of thing that would get people fired when I worked there.
I don’t expect anybody to get fired, but I do expect there to be a solution found and put in place.
