It seems like the only thing sonic cares about lately is the smash burger. We ordered one supersonic breakfast burrito and one bacon breakfast burrito. Both burritos had so little filling. We have never gotten burritos this skimpy from anywhere. The fries were good and the mozzarella sticks were OK, a little dry. Also apparently now you can't have both ranch and marinara with your mozzarella sticks?! What kind of rule is that. Anyways, not only were the burritos skimpy but the ingredients in them were dried out and old looking. Usually the supersonic burrito is juicy and falling out of the tortilla, there was none of that today.

Sick of sitting and waiting for them to take our order. All we wanted was a drink and nobody answered. It's ridiculous. They were not busy. To much goofing off and not taking care of the customer. If I was the owner that crap would change or they would be fired.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's just a drive thru so there's no wheelchair parking, but the parking area is big enough for a disabled vehicle to park and order
The little girl with the Kool Aid red hair was extremely rude today. We asked for sauce and she turned around before my boss could even say thank you. Next time wipe the mug off maybe you’ll get a 10¢ tip. I’ve worked at this location myself before, lol. Everytime we come it takes 20 minutes atleast and even then, the employees hate their job and it’s clear. We just asked for sauce not your tips🤣🤣🤣 best believe I’m reviewing this place daily so the GM can see. Not even a “have a good day” or even tell us what she handed us. The atmosphere here is giving RUDE.

Couple of nights ago I came to the sonic and I got chicken that was hard as a rock. I will no longer be eating at this establishment. I hope somebody can get it together for your future. But me particularly I don’t like taking losses so you can take other people’s money and not mine.

Pulled in pushed button watched employees inside eating, drinking and ignoring the lights for customers to order. This place needs a manager that can hire people who actually want to do their job not just ignore customers and visit with each other. Won't be back
