I don't know why it's so hard to fix a dry Smashburger with just mustard they always put the onions the pickles and the Smashburger sauce which I think is gross

Be cautious — served a raw burger. As all the other reviewers have had a response back to Sonic I have continuously reported that not only did I recently receive a screw and something that I recently ordered a screw that was pointy but this same Sonic that I continuously called did not answer after I called them countless times they continued to hang up on me after I was trying to explain the issue at hand, so yes, my child ate a hotdog that had a screw in it and literally pulled it out of their mouth and showed it to me being a screw that I have on file not only did this occur, but I have recently had from the same store a raw burger that was served so with the manager that is currently on duty not answering the phone calls at this time is complete disrespect that I understand. Yeah, it may be close to lunchtime, but the fact that you answered the previous times and you continuously hung up on me and then you aren’t answering the phone call. Looks like you have your team looking out for my phone number not answering this phone call not willing to acclimate to the situation that you caused my family. I hope you get fired. This is ridiculous. This manager that is currently on duty at this time. I’ve already spoke to corporate so we’ll see how it goes. If anything if I don’t hear back from corporate I’m willing to push this further and pay for the dues to get that sent to court as this is ridiculous as this isn’t the only time that this is an issue I worn other People to live in Claremore do not go to any of the restaurants that are near this Sonic as each and every one of them I have had issues in the past if not Subway is the only one I haven’t had issues at every other One including Buffalo Wild Wings both of these restaurants I have had countless issues with them, not responding and helping the situation. If not hanging up, the phone shows quite a bit, and I have the receipts to prove that I placed this order in that they are hanging up as I told this individual that I was recording at the beginning of the situation and they didn’t care. They hung up the phone so even after asking that they would look at the video footage that they have ongoing in their own restaurant hanging up the phone shows complete disrespect and I hope every individual sees this post knowing that there has been a significant issue with this restaurant which has led me to this post not only is this not the first time that I’ve had this issue. I’ve been served raw meat, which is led meat contact the government health inspection regarding this issue and corporate so I worn every individual to not go to their restaurant..

Now I know what people have been talking about, this Sonic is horrible. Long wait time, they keep giving the order to the wrong person, the portion of the food is significantly smaller than other Sonics, will not be coming back

The service at this location is great. I ordered a banana shake… yall, I think they replaced bananas for a banana puree or some type of artificial banana. IM SO SAD. I used to looooove banana shakes from sonic and now they taste like the banana laffy taffy. If you’re a banana lover, you’re going to notice first sip. I’m just so sad :(

Don’t go to this sonic unless you like nasty cold food. They don’t even deserve 1 star. the night manager is too busy talking to someone about the school she went to for 15 minutes while your food sets on top of the drink counter in a bag and if you go in and try to pay for your food they tell you that there manager will bring your food out to you. I would understand having to wait because they are slammed but there wasn’t any one there but me and the other car that the manager was chatting it up with about school. Very unprofessional. I go or did go to this sonic at least 4 days a week and sometimes more. I won’t be back I will spend my money else where and when I get office lunch or snacks or dinners I will go to verdigris or catoosa for now on.

Years ago, I did secret shopper often reviewing Sonic Drive-ins. The tests were how fast they delivered the order and was the food hot and fresh? The local drive-ins fail the first every time I dine at a Sonic. I have waited 25 minutes for a burger. And to often one item in the order is Luke warm.

I don't know what's going on but this certain location takes a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very long time to bring out your order, I'll never be back here again!!
