The coffee is already very expensive here. I don't like how the employees shove the credit card machine in your face and want you to touch it so they can get a tip. The tip amounts are like 15 20 and 25% which is ridiculous I guess I might wouldn't mind using it if one I got good service here. The service is never good here. Horrible customer service. I just called to speak with someone about how we were treated in the drive through and the “shift lead” refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. Literally the worst customer service I can recall anywhere. Merry Christmas to me. :(
The coffee is great and all but my favorite part is Jo! She’s the best, always nice to see her friendly face! 🤗☕️
