i know we all get busy, but sitting in a drive thru for 20 minutes is not a good representation of business. my friend and i were on break and decided to go to subway to only sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. needless to say we only had 5 minutes to eat our food and get back to work. you need to have more time management of costumers

Walked in and the door chime went off but the employee never came up from the back of the store. After waiting a moment, I rang the bell and they still wouldn’t come out from the back. 5-6 minutes of waiting and you lost my business.

I ordered via mobile for carryout. The girl who answered the phone and took my order was so nice and pleasant. They got my order right, the footlongs tasted great, and I had a coupon for half off.

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: We ordered a tuna sub and a chicken one with chips and drinks. We also took a dozen of their delicious cookies home. This is one of the best Subways we've been to in a long time. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the employees friendly and accommodating. They also honor Subway coupons and so many of their locations do not.

Not the best experience. Ordered online and the order was ready. Problem is the order was not even close. Tried both subways on the north side of Claremore and both have unfortunately just failed. For the cost of the sandwich you are better off going to Bill & Ruth's or even one of the pizza chains like Mazzios.
