Messed up 2 of the sandwich orders. Tried the foot long pretzel, it was hard as a rock and we could not eat it. The churro was just as bad, except it tasted like salt was used instead of sugar.

Twenty minutes for a sandwich that was already made.. the new staff had us wait TWENTY minutes for a sandwich that was already made.. what an absolute joke. I’ve been going to this location a long time and the lady that was there is no longer there and it shows.. if you can’t own a store and have it ran properly, shut it down.

Made an order online. Got 3 sandwiches. All 3 had something wrong or missing. They didn't put cheese or extra Mayo like I specified on my subway club. Ordered 6 cookies and when picking it up didn't receive them and went back to the window. Sat there for 5 minutes and no one came. So we had to go inside and ask and they said they were out. Didn't even offer a refund, we had to ask... both employees looked and acted zoned out. Never been this disappointed with a subway tbh.

The last 3 times I've gone through the drive thru they have gotten my order completely wrong. They also always forget the sauce. The subway on the North side of town is 100 times better.

This is the 3rd and the last time. First time it took 5 min for someone to come to the front, I had to open the door several times hoping they will hear the door bell.The only lady I saw there was either cramping or just broken up with her boyfriend, her attitude was very rude. Second time hoping she's not there or perhaps she feels better, Nop same attitude, I decided to take my fod and eat in my car. 3rd time my experience was as if I was beginning for free food, I tough maybe she's racist but she was treating the white lady in front of me the same way. Come hungry leave mad ?

Today I got two sandwiches. One was okay bet the other did not come as requested. They even forgot the requested dressing completely. Sandwich was dry without any dressing. It is disappointing to not get what you pay for - especially when I live 20 miles from the Subway store. A 40 mile trip is not feasible to try to make it right.

$10 and some change for a footlong ham and cheese?! Ridiculous! Also, Subway is not a daycare, don't punish your children for your poor decisions. Keep ya soda and sandwiches.

Horrible service!!!!! Beware of the kid with dark curly short hair. When finished checking out he said " aren't you going to give a tip?!" Not knowing that I gave one electronically. Which was even a mistake bc he poorly made the sandwiches. You may want to go over customer service with your employees!!

One of the workers had an attitude. They do not chop up the salads anymore. They do not tell you that when you order a salad.

Terribly. I was shocked when I got home and saw the mess in the sack. They didn't even bother to wrap the sandwich the ingredients fell out all over the inside of the sack. I mean serious, how hard is that! Visual is everything!
