Love Taco Bell! Service is extremely slow. Only seven (7) cars in front of us, but it took 18 minutes just to get up to the order marquee. After placing our order, it took another 15 minutes to get to the drive-through window, where we had to wait another 2 minutes to get our order. Employees are friendly and courteous. It would speed service up if the drive-through window attendant would have customers with large and extra large food orders, to pull up out of the way or into a designated waiting space.

the lady literlly screamed at me when i just asked how much something was after tax, and then i asked her how much it was again because i didnt hear here then she just hungup on me

Tried to call in an order on my drive home and was refused. Taco Bell told me that if I wanted to order Taco Bell early that I would have to down load an app. Should I do that in my drive home Taco Bell? Seem my paying attention to my phone instead of the road is not the brightest of ideas. Now instead of making the wife happy I will be running late, you have put me in a dilema. Rekon I will call Taco Bueno across the street, let's see if they can hook Me up. Piss poor customer service, way to go Taco Bell 👏👏👏

for the third time order wrong food tasted nasty and old bland payed extra money for extra ingredients and thy did not put what i payed for on the food like thy don't pay attention to the paying costumer and thy were not busy at all taco bell in claremore has gone down heel bad 🤢🤮
