4 workers look at the customers standing at the counter waiting to give order. Never acknowledge that you are there. They expect you to take your own order at the kiosk. If we have to take our own order then why are there so many workers. We may as well change the name to DIY TACOS

I wait over 30 minutes and still no food, they said they got to many new people, sounds like they need to structure their people better, several door dash was waiting over 20 minutes, people got their order before me and they order after me, One family went somewhere else.

Placed an order through the mobile app and after approaching the drive through we realized the app messed up and placed our order twice. I forgot to get the name of the manager that helped us, but she went out of her way to help us sort things out and get us a refund. I really hope the treat her well, she went above and beyond

Horrible service for doordash. I get text that the order is ready but they dobt bring it to me for 15-20 minutes after I arrived. Most of the night employees except a few have bad attitudes and just show they hate their jobs and have no respect for your time. I would really like to talk to whoever is in charge. Unfortunately Im updating the review and nothing has changed. The customer service is terrible. I ordered a bean and rice burrito. I get there they tell me they are out of rice and the only substitution they will give me is more beans. I told them I didn't want just a double bean burrito, so finally I said could I just pay and add potatoes. So I ended paying an extra 1.20 to add potatoes. I also doordash so even though I dont get food much there I still have to deal with and see the terrible customer service. Today I watched them tell a person they dont have the medium cups they give the slushy in so they cant make them. Instead of substituting a large cup or maybe 2 smalls something, just flat out say they cant do it because they ran out of that size. Its not like you're really giving out that much more to give someone a little extra. Instead of basically just being coming off cheap and rubbing people the wrong way. I dont know if its bad ownership, bad management, or both. I worked in the guest/customer service industry for nearly 20 years and the way this taco bell is ran is everything I was taught was wrong. I was always taught that 1 bad experience is worth 20 good ones. Upgrading someone and giving them something that might cost you 20-40 cents extra here and there to keep people happy would go along way. Ive watched your store down grade people order no issue. giving them a regular taco because they are out of doritos locos tacos, or whatever. On top of that the employees also dont have a very customer friendly attitude when dealing with customers. You have a few that are pretty good but several are not. Also seems that the main bad apples are setting a bad example for any newer staff you get. Don't know of you care.

They forgot the chicken for the chicken bowl and they gave me this small thing saying sorry this all corporate allows for the chicken bowl ,it wasn't enough for two small chicken nuggets , corporate greed

I ordered a strawberry lime refrescas with my classic luxe box combo and got a mini slushy instead. Girl lied to my face after I asked if this was regular size 😭 I guess I should’ve asked if it was the right drink instead?

Alright, not to overkill a compliment, but the district manager and up needs to hear this. The Taco Bell staff on nights today did amazing on my order honestly I am scared to order fast food late usually I don’t even if I’m hungry, that goes for anywhere, but everything was fresh and polite staff I got one persons name Christian, that guy knows how to talk to customers. And there was a female employee I talked to a little as well who was very polite and wasn’t upset or annoyed when I asked them to help me figure out the app, because I needed to order that way. But I took a while because I was multitasking that and trying to make sure I got my order from my friends correctly. You can imagine how I’m a mess at this point, not making it an easy process for them, especially late at night and they are trying to just finish their shift and they still helped me get the order right, and through the app and my friend got what he wanted correctly. I just appreciate the customer service and support they provided. And people go unnoticed when they are valuable employees sometimes. Keep them motivated to be good wherever they go to work in the future by appreciating them for their efforts to make your store look good , and doing so by just being genuine people and workers . That’s natural talent

Horrible place to order from. Ordered food from this place multiple times before and they either straight up tasted like plastic/chemicals or ran out of multiple food items every single time. Sometimes the food wouldn't even be cooked properly like the nacho fries would be half raw and hard to eat or the nuggets would be burnt or not fully cooked.

Just had some Taco Bell door dashed. They got all of our drinks wrong, didn’t give us straws, the tacos are cold, the fries they gave us weren’t even filled halfway and they’re old. This is probably the most a fast food establishment has screwed me over in one go. Also. How do you get 4 drinks wrong?

I usually love Taco Bell but after my recent visit it was quite depressing, I dont expect much from fast food restaurants but for most of the tables and the dining room being unclean and trashed is disappointing. Honestly ruined my experience and my food, and my bean and beef burrito was mostly just beans, wasn't bad but also wasn't great. The service was nice but it's only for a moment when your food is done due to it mainly being all on kiosks now.

Went right at 9am to Taco Bell in Claremore once they opened and was craving breakfast, come to find out they no longer serve breakfast which is disappointing, then the wife wanted a potato bowl and they stated they didn’t have potatoes currently… so I ordered a grilled chicken burrito got to the window and they said they don’t have rice, what the hell Mexican restaurant doesn’t have rice?!?!? Paid for the food, left to eat it, took a bite into my Grilled Chicken Burrito and it was freakin Steak not chicken… Taco Bell use to be good, now it seems they take no pride in their food or quality… might as well give up and be done with the business if your not going to take pride in what you give and what people overpay for… close the door and let a Chipotle come in.

Food at this Claremore location sucks. I got two cheesy bean and rice burritos tonight and they were hard tortillas and super hard crunchy rice inside. Tried both burritos and they were just not edible
