I’m not one to really complain. It’s was a busy evening. But I was told to not pull up to the window so they could swing a trash bag out the window to pick up trash. Then when at the window everyone seemed so unhappy. Now about the food, my Mexican pizza looked like it was just thrown into the box, on the toppings were literally on the box and not the pizza. The tortilla of my burrito was hard a rock. And my tacos were to be supreme… and definitely were not. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Management needs to have a team meeting because this is a good way to get people to not come back. I’ll give one more chance at this location.

Ridiculous, horrible service, we understand mistakes but after paying for extra things and then telling the employees we paid for them and still not receiving it! Do not come to claremore Taco Bell 0 stars if that was possible! Heck no! Waste of money.

On December 19, 2025, I ordered food from the Taco Bell app for delivery to my home in Claremore.
When the order arrived, the delivery bag was open and covered in grease, and the condition of the food raised serious concerns about tampering and safety. Because the food was clearly not safe to eat, I returned it to the Taco Bell location.
Once there, I was told the issue was DoorDash’s responsibility, even though the order was placed directly through the Taco Bell app. I was then informed that they were not affiliated with orders placed through their own app and could not issue a refund or remake the food.
After an extended discussion with the manager, I was only able to receive a partial refund, despite returning unsafe food. The lack of clear accountability between Taco Bell and their delivery partner made resolving a basic food safety issue far more difficult than it should have been.
Due to the condition of the food and how this situation was handled, I will no longer be ordering from Taco Bell or DoorDash in Claremore.

I went through the drive thru after work to get dinner . And my order was just thrown in the bag! Like literally my quesadilla was not in the box that was in the bag and I ordered two cinna delights and they wasn't even in the package but they made sure to throw an empty pack in there. Very rude workers as they wouldn't say anything to me the whole time beside my price and shut the window.

I'm currently here on November 4th at around 7:30 PM. For the last 30 minutes, the young staff in the back have been loudly talking about inappropriate things like sex video websites and masturbation.

Suffice to say, eating here has been awkward.
